In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 min, walk 5 minutes into town. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. We look forward to hearing from you!Very suitable for 1 to 2 people. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable,because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot, etc.!! I'm very sorry but since I have kids myself I speak from experience

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Die im Erdgeschoss liegende 2 Raum Ferienwohnung Lachmöwe by DeJu in Norderney ist ca. 43 qm groß, verfügt über eine private Terrasse (ca. 10 qm) und liegt direkt am Weststrand. Sie zeichnet sich durch eine sehr zentrale Lage aus. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 240 m. Zum Kurplatz mit dem angrenzenden Badehaus sind es ca. 350 m. Bis 4 Personen geeignet und buchbar (bitte Hinweis dazu beachten). Sie wurde Anfang 2025 vollumfänglich renoviert.

The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. Our apartment with large roof terrace is located on the outskirts of the north with stunning views of the countryside. The sea is minutes away by car. An excursion to various North Sea islands is always worthwhile. In the winter months, we enjoy the sunset behind our property. Wonderful!

Das Inselhuus Felimar ist ein um 1911 im Badehaus-Stil erbautes Haus, das in 2020 umfangreich renoviert wurde. Das Haus hat eine zentrale Lage im Herzen der Insel Norderney. 600 Meter vom Strand entfernt und nur 300 Meter vom Kurplatz befindet sich das Inselhuus Felimar in der Gartenstraße 56. Die zentrale Lage macht die Ferienwohnung zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Einkaufsbummel als auch für ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge.

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
