Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muß derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten (siehe zusätzliche Kosten) von 120 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr von 53 EURO für Bettwäsche und Handtücher unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Urlaub in dem ältesten und schönsten Haus auf Spiekeroog! Ein kleines aber feines Apartment, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich eine Küche und die nötigsten elektronischen Geräte. Ein gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Duschwanne. Die Toilette ist separat und wird durch ein Wandgemälde geschmückt.
