Hof Seewind vacation apartment - right on the North Sea

Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing break on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a farm with a large garden - quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. You can reach the dike in a minute by bike and the North Sea in a few minutes on foot. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

Unsere Ferienwohnung „Friesenbude“ wurde frisch renoviert und möbliert. Sie wurde im maritimem Wohnstil eingerichtet und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen mit Nordsee-Flair ein. Nicht nur der maritime Stil sondern auch der Garten, die ruhige Lage und nicht zuletzt die Strandnähe der Erdgeschosswohnung lassen Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen. Der Strand von Neßmersiel ist fußläufig, mit dem Rad, oder Auto, in ca. 1900m zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine Wallbox für Elektroautos.

The apartment Deichtraum is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Nessmersiel and is perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the beach also invite you to relax. The beach is about 1300m away, comfortably reachable on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

This ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts between the north and Norddeich. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The open-plan cooking and living area is bright and modernly furnished and offers a kitchenette, a dining area and the adjoining living area. From here there is direct access to the terrace. The bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower, toilet and sink completes the floor plan.

In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel, everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Leisure facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station,Waloseum and automobile & play equipment museum are located in Norddeich. The tea museum is located in Norden.

Quiet apartment in the historic village of Neustadtgödens. Just 12 km from the North Sea with great excursion opportunities and especially suitable for cyclists. An excursion to Jever 12 km or to Dangast by bike through the beautiful countryside. Close by is the beautiful Sande swimming lake or the Gödens moated castle. On the Ems-Jade Canal is a paddle and pedal station. Various restaurants and supermarkets are 3 km away.
