Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The Lübeck district of Schlutup is located directly on the Trave and is a great starting point for various day trips. The sea in Travemünde or Niendorf - as well as the city center of Lübeck - can be reached quickly by car, bike or bus. The surrounding forest and heathland areas invite you to take long walks and bike rides. Via the A1 or A20 you can quickly reach Hamburg, Fehmarn, Wismar or Schwerin. It's also close to Hansapark (amusement park).

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

The tourist tax is included in your booking fee. You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. ( original stairs up) You can enjoy the comfort and great climate in an apartment cleaned with clay and straw. We only used ecological building materials for the colors and floors. We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

The pedestrian zone with extensive shopping is a 3-minute walk away and the KTV, Rostock's trendy district, is minutes away. The ramparts are right outside the front door and invite you to take a walk.

Travemünde | Maritime oasis close to the beach

It's a great place to unwind - with salt on your skin and sand under your feet. Our small (40sqm) but nice apartment is about 250m away from the beach. With a sunny balcony and a view of the green garden, it is a real oasis. A double bed and a wardrobe bed allow up to 3 guests to sleep comfortably.
