Vous séjournerez pour vos loisirs (ou à titre professionnel) dans une aile du bâtiment, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

Artist's studio: absolute calm by the water

A 20-minute walk from the village by a bucolic path, along the Vélodysssée (Canal de Nantes à Brest) and the Régalante, this former artist's studio with views of the Plains of Mazerolles, is completely renovated and newly equipped. Ideal for a break during a business trip/weekend by the water! 30 minutes from the center of Nantes by tram train, independent accommodation, quiet at the end of a secure private driveway, possibility to park your car and bike with peace of mind.

Family house in Nort-sur-Erdre with swimming pool and large garden of 1,600m². Beautiful late 18th century mansion, with all the charm of the past: it is important to note that we are gradually renovating the house ourselves, a few rooms are still in their original condition. To preserve the family atmosphere of the neighborhood, we prioritize families. The house is not optimally configured for 11 adults (thin mattresses in children's rooms and bedrooms in a row).

Château de la Pervenchère: Marin gîte

Combining charm and authenticity, in a quiet location, surrounded by green spaces and large meadows lined with bridle paths, the Château de la Pervenchère is located just 30 minutes from Nantes and a few minutes from Sucé-sur-Erdre. Enjoy the banks of the Erdre, numerous hiking trails, and the La Vélodyssée and La Régalante bike routes. It is suitable for your stopovers or leisure or business stays. Private parking at the back of the castle.

Spacious detached house in the countryside. This house has a large outdoor area in the heart of a very quiet countryside. A garden table, sun loungers and barbecue are available to fully enjoy the surrounding nature. The bedroom contains a double bed with separate mattresses. There's also a sofa bed in the living room. 7 km from the Canal de Nantes à Brest, 20 km from Nantes and 50 km from the beaches

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
