Villa holiday rentals in North Island

The house is situated on top of a hill with a breathtaking view. Our families of 10 adults and 4 children spent four nights at the lodge. The house is like maze. Plenty of space for everyone. It's clean, fresh linen and towels and reliable wifi. The kitchen is very well equipped to cater for large groups. The outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were a bonus. Plenty of things for the kids too i.e. trampoline, table tennis, throwing darts and toys. Great communication from the host Daniel. He sent clear and easy to follow instructions a few days before our arrival. We want to go back again and would definitely recommend this place.

Very well equipped house for a family holiday, had everything we needed. Gorgeous location close to beach, national park and the shops we needed. All 7 of us had a great stay!

Great place to stay, spa was relaxing after a day of golf!

We cannot say enough good things about this home. While the pictures are beautiful, they cannot truly convey the experience of this enchanting property. The views and the private beach are spectacular and the house itself is stunning and well appointed. The town itself is lovely, walkable and easily accessible via a short ferry. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

As a group of 8 people we had a great time during summer here. The hosts were of great help when we had some “parking issues” with our trailer - they organized someone to pull us out of a ditch ;-) and that truly saved our vacation. That was amazing. Whatever was missing was quickly organized. Unfortunately an all-year fire ban on GBI meant we were not allowed to use the outdoor fire place, and since the nights get cold quickly we were looking forward to sitting in front of the outdoor fireplace in the evenings, which obviously did not happen. Also, the utility of the massive balcony is close to nil - it was either burning hot or freezing cold out there. In that regard, if you look at this place, consider that what you get is somewhat less than what you might expect from the pictures alone. Despite these drawbacks we would love to come back any time.

Nice play to stay with beautiful views

We loved our stay at Tom and Taya’s beautiful house. Our kids didn’t want to leave. We hope to come back for another visit in the future.

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

Incredible stay in Taupo. Lovely accommodation that we didn't want to leave. Ticked all the boxes, would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

This place was amazing!!! We booked the whole place and had a family reunion with 15 adults, 2 kids and an infant and the villa was perfect! If anything she under sells how wonderful it is!

The most beautiful home. Space, style fully and equipped beyond many places I’ve stayed. Stunning, absolutely stunning location, you would never tire of the view. Hope to come again.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. It was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa's. The living spaces for our group of 9 women was perfect. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Very good place. Beautiful place

Our stay was incredible the surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful I would stay for weeks. The home was furnished like a home which is always nice for an Airbnb. One touch that would have been great would be having some body wash and shampoo and conditioner available for guests. Other than that everything was amazing. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to Martinborough if you want to head into town and visit the wineries. But the home has everything you need that it makes you want to get back there as soon as you can. I would recommend taking food and drink and simply relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The place was warm and cosy, with lots to do and space to spread out. Sarah was lovely to deal with - clear communication and instructions.

Could not speak more highly of this place. It literally felt like home away from home in the sense that it didn’t have that typical air bnb feel; super homey vibe. Lynn was quick and efficient with communication which made check in super easy. The space is open and cosy, and literally had EVERYTHING you could need. The location is great as it’s close to everything but also not right in the busyness of it all. We had the best time during our time down the line and the accommodation played a huge part in it. We had a 6 day family Christmas Holiday here and it couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Angela met us when we arrived and explained the various systems such as pool, TV, internet, etc. They were available nearby in case we needed them (which turned out we did not), but did not intrude in our privacy. The actual facilities were even nicer than the photos and descriptions provided in the AirBnB listing. One of the special things about this home displayed was the care and art that the hosts have put into it. Everything is amazing. It is ultra-private and it seems as if you are alone in the forest overlooking a beautiful valley. The view from the upstairs master suite is awesome. Our two grandkids spent hours each day in this nice, clean, warm pool. The pool - patio area was well done and relaxing for lounging between swims. . I would HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Greg & Jan’s place! We were there to celebrate our mom’s big birthday and it was a wonderful stay. Lovely house with a beautiful pool, kitchen and everything else ❤️ Greg & Jan were delightful hosts, always available to answer any questions we may have. Beautiful place to stay in Blenheim, visiting many wineries nearby. Highly recommend!

Once again, this has to be one of the best places to stay in Masterton. Close to all the amenities and the house itself is very roomy and has everything you could want for a comfortable stay - even a swimming pool and barbecue. Highly Recommend.

Amazing views, exceptional place and Jeff is a great host. This was a very memorable relaxing holiday. We hope to visit this stunning place again sometime soon!!

What an amazing and Beautiful home, so many things to do, from pool table, pinball machine , big movie projector where it was so relaxing with the kids to snuggle in front of fire place. Daisy is of the best Host I have come across, so responsive to all messages, also she is very accommodating to requests we asked of her. Definitely recommend Daisy beautiful home to anyone who is looking for a place with all ammenities, feel real homely inside & even outdoors with pool & spa , trampoline for children & swing, big lawn outside where kids or family groups can run freely.
