If you love mid-century style and vintage design, you'll be in retro-heaven discovering what's here for you to use and enjoy. We have curated a collection of vintage pieces that evoke Kiwi holidays of yesteryear and added modern luxuries. The Lakehouse is self-contained and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Fleetwood is home to 2 serene studio spaces—side by side, each with its own private entrance and parking at the door. You’ll feel safe, secure, and completely at ease in our peaceful pocket of the island. If your preferred dates aren’t available, check our other listing—we have 2 identical studios here at Fleetwood. The only difference? This one features a dreamy outdoor bath under the stars. Note it is an outdoor bath tub, not a spa pool. More hygienic - fresh water & no chemicals.
