Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Look for us online: #VillaParadisoPhoenix Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. The Ace was a great location and great house for our family and dogs. The outside was fun with the putting green, outdoor bar/grilling area and the pool/ping pong area. The covered porch was so nice to sit under when the days were hot. We were able to bike almost anywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is peaceful and neighbors really nice. Steve was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

This was a super cute Airbnb. The pool was amazing! I would recommend having blackout curtains in the bedrooms and would have appreciated if the house had the A/C on before we got there. It took about 8 hrs to cool down, but it was 105 degrees outside. Everything else was great!

Everything was wonderful! The house is in a really nice neighborhood. The house is beautiful and perfect for my sister and I! Gary was so friendly, gave us some great recommendations and even gave my sister some university/career advice. His dog is the absolute cutest. Would def come here again.
