Holiday rentals with a patio in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

I'm still new to all of this. I usually stay in hotels. I looked and Jean's place was the only one that stood out the most to me. I'm a traveling Electrician and now that I had a great experience with Jean and how much more comfortable it is to just do BnB, I'm hooked. Jean was very friendly and attentive from start to finish! The condo was very cozy and perfect for me. I really enjoyed the week there. Neighbors are quiet and don't bother no one. Parking is hit or miss, only once I had to park around the corner of the condo. Other then that, it's well worth a stay! Thanx Jean for accommodating me!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. The location was perfect, close to downtown with so many things to do. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

Fantastic stay in a quiet neighborhood. It was really a great spot to settle in and use as a home base to run around the area. Legitimately quiet and the inside had everything you could possibly need, Adena was VERY responsive and helpful for any questions at all!

Alexandra was so sweet and responsive. I had a family emergency that prompted the trip and had to book this last minute. I was able to secure an early check in. The property was beautiful, I didn’t have any issues whatsoever!

Back for a second stay -- a solid & reliable place for two. Nice hosts & in a central neighborhood with easy access to downtown (10 minutes away), neighborhood restaurants & other attractions. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Alane’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — very clean and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, super close to all the attractions and everything I needed for my graduation weekend. Alane was extremely responsive and made communication easy throughout the entire stay. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves — the pool was a great bonus, especially with the hot Arizona weather. Thank you, Alane, for helping make such a special time even more memorable!

Loved staying at Greg’s place! The apartment was decorated beautifully and had great amenities such as a washer/dryer, which came in handy after sweating through every outfit in the 100+ summer heat. Location was great too with many restaurants and coffee shops a short distance away. Dark Hall coffee is right around the block and became one of our must-stops every morning. Overall a great experience and I will definitely book again next time I’m in Phoenix!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we would need and more. We were surprised with all the small appliances that you normally would not see in an Airbnb which made our dining-in experience that much better. The pizza oven was awesome and the Ninja Creami machine was so fun! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to those needing a great place to stay.

The stay was great! We did have someone access the yard early morning. We were told about it prior in a message and kept our dog inside. They were very communicative and kind.

A wonderful stay in a great location! Vince and his team are wonderful hosts. If you want a home away from home I’d highly recommend staying here. It was so relaxing. It’s close enough to all the essentials, but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were more excited to go back to the bnb most days than being out and about in the city. 10/10 chance you’ll love it

We had a great stay at this lovely decorated mid century modern home. Loved the furniture and artwork! The pool was clean and refreshing. It was a great home base for our excursions and a peaceful respite when we wanted to relax. Beds were comfy!

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed Kyle’s place. It was very clean and quiet. The pool is very nice and relaxing. We had stayed at this complex before as it is close to our kids place and we would stay here again.

Great spot if you're splitting time for a tournament between Peoria and Surprise. Place was quiet, comfortable and clean...matched description and photos. I would stay again.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

This was place was amazing! It's in a great neighborhood, perfect location, perfect little place for 2 people.... it was VERY comfortable! We are pretty particular about our Airbnbs and I would say this is one of the best that we've stayed at. Immaculately cleaned!

Great host and place! I got a nice upgrade to use pools in a resort nearby. Recommended for a quiet and smooth stay in Scottsdale.

This space was clean and quiet. Our plans shifted before we got there and Trent was flexible for our check-in time and accommodated our other requests. Being able to do our laundry and cook sometimes was very convenient. I would stay here again.
