Condo holiday rentals in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

We really enjoyed our time at Matt & Lisa’s place. Perfect size for 2 couples or a family with separate suites on each end of the home and a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook a few meals in. Great location to the heated pool/hot tub! It was nice to have some starter amenities as well (toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc) so we didn’t need to run out right away. They were very proactive hosts and provided very detailed instructions/communication.

We really enjoyed Kyle’s place. It was very clean and quiet. The pool is very nice and relaxing. We had stayed at this complex before as it is close to our kids place and we would stay here again.

Wonderful condo. Beautifully decorated and clean. Enjoyed the pool. 2 bedrooms upstairs (which I prefer!). It was perfect for our quick trip to Phoenix.

The place was exactly as listed, Aurelio & Rosy sent us some really helpful instructions prior to our arrival and before checkout. The place was cute and you could tell they put thought into the decor and theme. They had helpful instructions posted throughout that really came in handy while checking out. If I ever need to come back Glendale, I will definitely book their place. Thank you!

Our visit to pheonix was very memorable. Louis went above and beyond in providing a well appointed home, fabulous restaurant recommendations and local attractions to visit. We will definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend to others. Louis was a joy to deal with the entire process!

Loved the area. Location. Loved the hospitality. I would come back anytime, as I was there for the whole month; it grew on me, and it was even sad to leave—many good memories. Thank you.

It was easy to find, instructions were clear. Host was responsive, there were seasonings for cooking, the kitchen was stocked, there were ample towels, good internet, pool access. I felt comfortable staying there, neighbors were friendly, it was close to many restaurants, gas stations, not far from the basketball stadium.

Felt right at home and this condo had everything we needed - especially in the kitchen which is typically hit or miss with air bnbs. The pool was also nice to use and was well kept by the complex. We walked to the grocery store since its so close and there are some nearby places for a great bite. I appreciated Kyle's fast communication and making our stay as comfortable as possible!

The condo was homey and clean! Kristi was friendly and left easy to follow instructions. We’d love to stay here again 😊

Loved the Beverly bungalow! The location was great. The place was so pretty and stylish. Very comfortable and light and refreshing. Would totally stay again for my next trip in the month to come. She was great to work with! The total package for what I was looking for. We even played the board games

Really enjoyed this place! Very private and quiet. Near lots of stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and decorated nicely would definitely return.

Staying at Troy’s place was great! He was a great host. We came to phoenix for my little sister to go to a concert at talking stick. Troy’s place was in a convenient location close to all things phoenix, while still being off busy streets. The home was clean & tidy. The pool in the unit was nice & private as well. My mom has definitely agreed that our next Phoenix visit, we’ll be staying at Troy’s place!

We were a group of 4 that stayed here for the weekend. It was in a great central location, house was tidy, very comfortable beds, and they were great hosts. Would stay here again :)

This was a pleasant stay on the edge of the city center. Walkable to the Convention Center and stadiums, we enjoyed our time in Phoenix, as well as a day trip to Sedona.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Connor's condo! He was the absolute best host to work with. The condo was pristine, exactly as described and walkable to so many places. It is located an easy 10-12 minute drive from PHX airport, and is walkable (15-20 minutes tops) to Chase Field where we caught a Diamondbacks game. Connor left a fabulous list of recommendations of restaurants and things to see. Gallo Blanco and Wilderness were recommended and we loved both. The condo was equidistant to the Grand Canyon and Saguaro NP, so it was perfect for us when we decided to venture outside the city. Even with the extreme heat outdoors, we stayed cool and comfortable in the condo when we chose to stay in and cook in the well-equipped kitchen. We will stay here again on any return trips to Phoenix and recommend it highly!

The place was wonderful to stay in and Stephanie had so many little extra touches that made it so comfortable to be in. The space was welcoming, plenty of room and very clean and tidy. It was the perfect location for me and my daughter and we loved it.

The accommodation is a very clean with golf course views as pictured. Location is one of the best in Scottsdale, convenient to every amenity the city has to offer. The condo is furnished to support couples or small family getaways, spacious, well equipped with TV, kitchen appliances/utensils and good coffee supply. Quality soaps and detergents were available, including the laundry room. All spaces were properly air conditioned with access to thermal settings. Overall great value for money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Owl's Nest. James was very communicative and we appreciated the clear instructions for access to the unit and guidelines for use of the amenities. It was very easy to find, centrally located for ease of freeway access, and the pool and common spaces were nice and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the balcony area. Good closet space and very nice kitchen with all we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

I would stay again in a heartbeat! I will look for Paul’s rentals on my next trip back to AZ. One of the nicest places I have stayed in many years of traveling.

Perfect for our group of 4 + infant. Our original condo had a bad mosquito infestation that we didn’t realize was a problem until we were settling in after a late dinner. The staff at the resort were incredibly kind and accommodating in resolving the issue (especially once they saw what we were dealing with). The space was large and the pool amenities were a wonderful bonus. Definitely felt well taken care of and look forward to booking a future stay.
