Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! Gated, Private Entrance, Security door, Walk-in Closet, Tile/Glass Shower Surround. Small Patio area with extra seating. BBQ, Pool Upon Request, Bicycles upon Request. Ocassionally. We mostly leave it up to our guests. Ask the hosts to provide bicycles and then head for the bike path in nearby Conocido Park. Walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and churches, with Arrowhead Mall also close. Local hiking trails include North Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and Dreamy Draw. Park & Ride 1 mile away. Light Rail to Dowtown/Tempe approx. 6 miles away.

Video https://vimeo. com/952141151 Our condo is located in a beautiful lake community. The Desert Shores complex is very well taken care of. Walking around the lake is so relaxing we absolutely love it. We love to BBQ on the gas grills and jump in the heated pool or the jacuzzi while we are cooking. There are wonderful restaurants near by Pappadeaux Seafood restaurant and Anzio’s Italian right down the street Castles and Coasters is a lot of fun to Close to the I-17 for easy access statewide

Relax in this quiet and new space just a 2 minutes from the freeway and 27 minutes from the airport. Near this place we find popular sedentary routes.Located in Phoenix with restaurants, bars and shops to make yours stay enjoyable.With independent entrance, offering living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom with king -size bed and sofa bed for a third person, air conditioning, bbq, and access to the pool ( that access to the main patio is only for the pool).Independent Parking.

We have had great experiences with our guests and we can't wait for you to enjoy yourself at our guest suite. We live in the main home that is separate from the suite but adjacent.
