Cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of eating/drinking options. Felt very at home - would stay again!

Perfect weekend stay. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood and surrounding area. We planned to see more of SD while in town but we couldn’t get ourselves to leave the neighborhood! Superb location and really cute tiny house. Hosts were responsive and helpful and the house was felt clean and safe. Just what we needed.

This was the third place we stayed in San Diego and by far our favorite. Quentin was very communicative and warm. The house is cozy yet spacious and immaculate. Everything was squeaky clean; loved the sheets. We are both neat freaks and had no complaints. Great neighborhood with great coffee spots and restaurants. My friend and I work from home and had good wifi and desk set ups where we each had our privacy. Excellent!

I stayed here for the Rock n Roll Marathon and it was the best location for my family to be able to walk 2 min and greet me mid race. Loved the place and everything was close!

Loved Ted’s place! It was super cute and the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and super cute plants and decor, patio was a nice addition as well. It felt like a very safe and walkable area. Lots of delicious food around as well!

Overall our stay was great! The location is in a great spot, close to a lot of cute restaurants and coffee shops. Camila was very helpful. The only slight downside is parking is a bit tricky but that’s really all of San Diego. All in all we would totally stay here again.

This place is really nice. 99% of the time, the pictures make the place look nicer than it really is but this place is a part of the 1%. Didn’t realize how nice the place was until I got there. It’s not the biggest but it really is a beautiful little unit. You’ll have absolutely everything you need. I appreciate how stocked the home was with common household items and kitchen utensils that someone might need, especially over a longer stay. Place was perfect for my wife and I. Now I wouldn’t characterize the area this place is in as “nice” but at no point did I feel unsafe or anything like that. Good value and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, well appointed home. Comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom. Walking distance to many things. The neighborhood is a tiny bit rough, but I felt safe. The only challenge is parking, so be prepared to park and walk a couple of blocks each time (you can double park to unload suitcases pretty easily). Make sure to walk up a couple of blocks to visit the Lafayette Hotel. Great bar and great food at the Beginners Diner. Aaron was great, and we felt right at home.

Great, quiet place. Felt safe especially with my daughters. Chris was a great host that solved my parking issue. I would definitely stay there again.

Ed’s place is as advertised - that is, the pictures are accurate. Check-in was easy and Ed, without even asking, said an early check-in was available. Ed was also very responsive. The unit was clean (one note below re: ants), and is in a very walkable location with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, small deli’s and markets, and even a supermarket all near by. The “constructive” criticism is that there were, at times, ants in the kitchen. I honestly think this was a reflection of the location (the unit is in a very densely populated area), because as I said, the unit was clean. The unit was also kind of dark in that it did not get a ton of natural sunlight. And finally, I thought the unit was a bit expensive but I don’t blame Ed for charging what he does for San Diego in the summer - it’s just the market rate.

Amazing stay, more than my expectations. Definitely i am going back. To stay here.

Very nice clean apartment with lots of parking. Very comfortable with responsive hosts who made an early check in possible. Kitchen very well stocked!

Loved staying at Lauren’s place. Upon entry, the space leading up to the apts front door was tighter than we expected - it was one unit of a few in a tight backyard. That said, the inside looked exactly as photos, spotlessly clean, the location was great, and it felt private. Lauren was very responsive and friendly, sharing local restaurant recommendation if desired. I would stay here again as it gave us a quiet homebase to relax with easy access to great food as we explored San Diego.

Loved this Airbnb. The place was amazing. We loved the layout and the separation of the rooms on opposite ends and having a bathroom in each room. We loved the aesthetic of the place (furniture, plants, lighting, big windows). We also greatly appreciate the host for offering an earlier check in. If it weren't for the traffic, we would have loved to check in earlier. A very big highlight is the walkability. This place is at a prime location in North Park. My bf and I are foodies so we loved this. We visited the popular coffee shop Lovesong Coffee which was only about a block away. The weekend we stayed, there was a market set up outside across the street and we enjoyed ourselves. There was so much to explore and try, we will definitely be back here and we'll be bookmarking this place to stay in the future!

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

The space was perfect for our family. Great sized full and clean kitchen even though we didn’t need to use it a lot. Lots of space for us and our 3 kids, and we appreciated the toys and baby high chair+pack n play! The kids really enjoyed the back yard space. We only saw the neighbors in passing so the space was basically all ours during that time. Hosts were very friendly! Location was close to everything we needed. No issues with the street parking. We would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

Great place. I recommend if you need a quiet and comfy place to stay. If you have a car, they have a parking spot if needed :)

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Melissa was an exceptional host! Throughout our entire trip, we only had one question for her, and she responded within just two minutes—so impressive! The place was spotlessly clean, the neighborhood was peaceful, and everything looked exactly like the pictures. This Airbnb made our stay in San Diego incredibly comfortable and hassle-free.

Tony’s place was absolutely the best! It was so clean and the area was very quiet. There are several places you can walk to for a quick snack/lunch/dinner/coffee. Tony had a list of recommendations and they did not disappoint, we went to few of them and we loved them. Definitely a place to stay whenever we come to San Diego.

It was lovely and clean and perfect for a staycation. Only thing was the TV apps for streaming didn’t work and had to watch regular tv but everything else was fine. Definitely recommend!

Stay was great. Perfect for a couple or small family. Central location to main attractions was a plus!
