Guests have their own private entry to the apartment which is accessible via a coded front door lock. No keys are required. On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Secluded sunny studio with off-street parking

The 35 square metre self-contained studio is private, elevated and peaceful with a sunny deck overlooking the garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. Both the studio and its carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping ROW that is shared with the main house. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. 10min walk to nearest shop and bus stops.

The newly renovated space features its own private entrance and a small courtyard with glimpses of the sea. *Please Note: The guest unit is located on the lower level of our family home. We have young children and as a result, some household noise and footsteps may be heard from above.

You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport. It's a short stroll along the beach to the Takapuna Beach Cafe & Store for the best Brunch in Auckland. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
