Sarah's place was a peaceful retreat in a beautiful neighborhood setting. It featured a spacious loft with everything I needed including a comfortable bed, cozy sitting area, large desk, and a terrific shower. Very walkable to Mount Eden and the village nearby with a variety of restaurants and shops. Sarah was easy to contact and always responsive to questions. I highly recommend Sarah's place as an excellent choice in lodging if you are visiting Auckland.

Just loved waking up to the beautiful view in quiet surroundings, and watching the birds enjoy the bird feeder. Lots of space to sit quietly. Perfect after a busy day in the city.

Ute's studio is a well appointed, clean and quiet. , We found very it peaceful with view of the harbour, and watching the bird life. The central location is easy to find. From here it is easy to get onto the motorways and explore Auckland.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our visit to Auckland. It is a short walk away from Ponsonby where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The cottage had everything we needed, it was lovely, cosy and clean. Jennifer was a great host and really easy to communicate with. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Colleen’s place is such a lovely place to stay, I especially loved the views out over the park. Everything inside was carefully thought through to add to your comfort including good coffee and great shower. Colleen was a particularly thoughtful host.

Repeat visits says it all - great location and peaceful, private space right by the beach. Even two rainy weekends weren’t a problem! Great for a weekend or an extended stay for 2 if you want to be near Takapuna/Milford.

Such a lovely peaceful place close to city but on the edge of Waitakeres and close to west coast beaches like Piha. We used it as a springboard to theatre in the city, lovely hiking around Arataki visitor centre and a comfortable drive to Piha. Close to many supermarkets. Comfortable and warm. If u like cooking as we do the full kitchen makes that easy. Lovely all round.

The place was absolutely elegant and located in very peaceful surroundings. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Well worth the money spent, will definitely recommend this place to others and even go back to visit again.

Have to vacate our home for renovations so stayed at Lisa and Des’s place as our temporary accomodation. Perfect for our needs and our home away from home for a few days. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Des was very responsive when we had a minor issue which was resolved quickly.

Had a nice and quiet stay. The place was clean and the views were beautiful. Lots of big windows and a terrace to sit outside. A big kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook a meal. The communication with Graham was clear and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It’s hard to find enough superlatives to describe our stay at Fiona’s. The apartment itself was superb with everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Fiona and her family were incredibly welcoming and helpful and the location was perfect for us as it was so incredibly close to the yacht club where we were attending a junior regatta. Despite being attached to the owners home, the apartment is very private and quiet. If we ever need to stay in Howick again there’s no question we would love to stay at Fiona’s again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was cosy and charming, had a lovely view of the bush and hills. A great little getaway.

Hattie was great to work with and very kind. The house pets were also very cute and sweet. The view from the property is amazing as well! Great little place for a weekend getaway and the nearby towns were great for exploring. Hattie kept us informed of everything was available for anything we needed.

This was a perfect 1 night getaway for me, my 5 year old boy and our dog. Cosy and cute with everything we needed. Matthew especially loved the stash of toys in the wardrobe! Rhiannon is a lovely welcoming host.

Russell and Alison's cottage was absolutely perfect - impeccably clean, modern kitchen and bathroom and all the amenties we needed. It was private and with a lovely view across the valley. My daughter and I had a fabulous stay and would definitely stay again!

Booked the house for 2 of our workers for the week as it was close to the house site we were working on. Our guys enjoyed their stay, location was great for them and they really enjoyed being out in the country. Highly recommend to everyone.
