Apartment holiday rentals in North Topsail Beach

I can’t say enough good things about the condo! If the beautiful scenery and private access to the beach weren’t enough, Megan’s use of limited space never made the condo feel crowded and it was fully stocked with anything you could need! She answered all of my questions (there were quite a few lol!) and she was so kind! It was truly an amazing destination for our first family vacation! A beautiful island, lots of shells, a quiet beach, and I already miss my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves.

We had a wonderful stay! The place looks exactly like the pics. Nice comfortable beds with great quality linens. Plenty of hot water for the four of us. We didn’t cook, but plenty of kitchen ware if you want to. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella and beach towels. Others have commented on noise. I’m a light sleeper and was never bothered. Beach is very short walk. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great time; I came with the intention of getting ahead on work, but decided to enjoy a mini-vacation instead. We went to many places in the surrounding area, including several beaches. The place was exactly as described, and we honestly didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back here, hoping it's available again. We recommend it 100%. Thank you, Travis, for everything. I look forward to doing business with you again.

The Barefoot Bungalow was as described. It is a small space but that was expected. The walk to the beach was very doable. We would have loved to walk out and be on the sand but for the price we couldn’t pass this up. There is a good view of the sound as well as the sunset while sitting on the front porch. We don’t eat out a lot so we really enjoy the kitchen and loved the washer and dryer as well. There is a Water hose as well as an outdoor shower under the house/deck. It was good to be able to rinse off before going inside. You really can’t beat the location for the price. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded to questions etc. We probably found close to 1,000 small shark teeth. There were a few around 1”. My son found one pretty nice one. We saw a couple Meg teeth that were found close to us! We had a good week!!

Alisha’s place was the perfect spot for a relaxing week at the beach. House was clean, plenty of room, and Alisha was very easy to communicate with. Super short walk to beach was an added bonus for us, hope to be back!

We were thrilled with our recent stay at Sarah Lynn’s! Everything was clean and as described! She was responsive to the few questions we had and had recommendations for just about everything we could want or need while we were there! With the beach being so close, and a beautiful drive to local ice cream, groceries, and souvenirs within just minutes, we could not have been happier! We hope to be back!

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

We visited Wilmington for a concert at Live Oak Bank Pavilion. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops close by. Loved the view. Slept comfortably in the king bed. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and the host is very responsive and helpful.

We loved staying here and would definitely come back! Great location close to some of our favorite spots. Close to the Riverwalk and very walkable. The space was clean, comfy and exactly as described in the listing. We had a great time!

We had our 4th annual girls’ trip here and loved it! So clean, comfortable and close to the beach. It was so nice to be able to use the provided beach wagon to haul our stuff to the beach. Highly recommend!

Kelly’s place was great. It was very close to the beach which allowed for easy travel back and forth. It was calm and the entire complex was quiet and safe. I will definitely keep this place in mind moving forward!

Donna's accommodations were amazing as always. She is a great host; friendly, responsive, and she provided everything I needed for the whole week. This is the 2nd time I stayed, and I plan to return!

Great location and amenities at the apartment! Grant was extremely helpful and communicated with us really well throughout the entire stay. He and Courtney went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This place was very cute and perfect for 2 people. The hosts were very friendly and made sure that we had access to all of our amenities. There is a private walking path next to the home that leads straight to the beach. The help hotline was easy to use when needed!

All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Kayo is an Amazing guy and host! His home is better than the photos and have more than what is shown!! Most definitely a Home Away From Home! Very quiet, clean, comfy, and you name it!!! It’s Actually a Resort inside a home!! I highly recommend Kayo’s place to stay even if your destination is 2 hours out! It is well worth it and his price is beyond reasonable!!! I will most definitely be back soon!!!

This was the perfect get away for our family! The beach was only minutes away by walking, or if we didn’t feel like getting all sandy, the gorgeous backyard and hot tub was fantastic to get some sun and cool off at the same time. We have already recommended this hidden gem to our friends who are looking for a summer vacation and plan to return ourselves!

We absolutely adored our stay with Heidi! We came for a family vacation to celebrate the end of the school year and had the best time. The unit looks exactly like the photos and was so convenient. The pools are steps away with the ocean just through the pool area. You can sit on the porch at night and listen to the ocean or music from the restaurant. It was so relaxing. Heidi truly thought of everything from the welcome basket in the kitchen to spices to extra blankets when you are tired from being at the ocean all day and need something cozy to cuddle up with. It was incredible and we will definitely book again. Thank you Heidi!

Beautiful view! Clear and helpful communication from host. We loved sitting out on the balcony to watch the ocean and listen to live music.

LOVED this condo! Our favorite one so far (we've stayed in a ton! ) It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious! The restaurant, pools, and of course, the beach were an amazing amenity. The host was super helpful as well when we asked to add a night to our stay!

The bed and pillows were amazing. I usually have a hard time falling asleep away from home but this time it was hard not falling asleep. Top notch comfort. The place was spotless and very cozy and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s close to basically everything you need and everywhere you want to go. Definitely will stay again!

Jennifer is a great host who goes above and beyond. The apartment was exactly as advertised and such a cozy, quaint place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when visiting the NC coast.
