This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Grayson is 3 years old and typically wakes up at 7am to start the sometimes noisy job of being a toddler, so guests should be aware that they might hear some upstairs activities.
