This place is literally beachfront. Beautiful views for sunrise and sunset!

This was our second stay and we will be back! The location is amazing. Bob is extremely communicative and the condo has amazing river views at a fair rate. Add in the condo amenities and included parking and there is no reason to stay anywhere else on the riverwalk. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location tucked back in an older neighborhood on the water, clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time at Mary Margaret's place! Being steps from the beach was incredibly convenient, making it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. We also really appreciated having a cool bar with great drink specials and live music just around the corner. The apartment itself has such a lovely bohemian beach feel, it's really well designed and so comfortable. We're definitely hoping to come back soon!

Great spot with easy walkability to swansboro restaurants and shops. We had a great time and everything was just a we expected. Will stay again!

Perfect location. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked. Check-out instructions were extremely minimal, it was nice to not feel like we had to spend hours leaving like some other places. It is right next to a public beach access, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the people moved on quickly and settled further down the beach. I wish there were screens in the windows so that we could have opened them, but the sliding door does have a screen which was nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning—truly the kind of view you could stare at for hours. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, sunset watching, and everything in between. Inside, the place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together to make us feel right at home. Emily was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and quick to address any issues that came up. She genuinely cared about our comfort and even went above and beyond to compensate us for a minor inconvenience, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape with top-notch hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was the perfect layout for our family’s needs. The games and toys for the kids were a huge hit as well as the outdoor shower to cut down on sand. We would definitely book again! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation :)

Our stay was amazing with the ocean at our front door. The neighborhood was quiet and the street had very little traffic. The Surf City Line restaurant was a quick 2 blocks away. We liked that we were not in a high visitors area. The house itself was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was very well maintained with high end appliances and was well supplied. It was a windy week, but our teenagers loved the waves. They also loved the Roku TVs. It was a fantastic stay for everyone and we are looking forward to our visit to this property again next year. We found Susan’s beach home on a last minute decision to go. We loved that it was available from a Wednesday to Sunday!! Susan is a great host. She was able to answer all our questions in a very timely manner!! Check in and out was seamless , especially with all linens provided. Great space for our group of 7 adults and 2 youngsters. Kitchen was well stocked with all you could need. Bedrooms and bathrooms layed out nicely to have 2 bedrooms with private baths and another full bath for 2 rooms to share. Convenient 1/2 bath on top floor. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower.The house is very convenient to the beach. An evening walk to the sound side dock was nice. The private walkway to the beach was ideal. You do need to be able to climb steps to get inside the house but we didn’t mind and quickly got very use to them. The views are worth everything !! We definitely hope to stay at Sunny & Chair again.

Had an awesome beach weekend at Brendan’s place. The house was perfect for a couple and 2 kids and the location on the beach is unbeatable. Brendan is a responsive and friendly host. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful spring getaway for the family that exceeded our expectations. The view from our Airbnb was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning sunsets casting vibrant colors over the horizon. We loved having our own private slice of the beach, where we could relax in the sun and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing gently on the shore. It truly felt like our little paradise away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Would definitely recommend and revisit this property again! Thank YOU!!

Beach Impediment was even more beautiful than the pictures, and was squeaky clean and organized. I don't think we've ever stayed so close to the beach before, it was AWESOME! Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. We'll be staying here again for sure!

Nice place! There really is no beach most of the time which was fine! The one thing that worried me was the steps down to the beach when they were accessible (low tide) they didn’t touch the sand so there was a large drop of so to speak. But sitting on the balcony was quiet and peaceful and it felt like no one was there but you so it was very relaxing! We could see the crabs walking in the high tide waters. The place was mostly clean there was some stains on the curtains and food in the sink but overall the place was clean and everything was in good working order. I would stay again. Oh and they had extra chairs and some buckets and shovels for you to use! We didn’t have any issues with parking! We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

This was our 2nd time visiting Topsail Dunes, and Kara and Kim's place did not disappoint. The unit is exactly as pictured, is thoughtfully stocked with most things you need, and is a paradise away from home. There really are beach chairs waiting for you, a beach umbrella and anchor...you don't need to pack all that stuff. There are plenty of dishes, and enough cookware for anything we wanted to whip up. The washer/dryer are a major plus! The view and breeze from this 3rd floor unit are breathtaking. And, you will not ever get tired of the sounds of the waves rolling in. The hosts? Fabulous communication, friendly as can be, really seem to love sharing their place and it shows. I highly recommend this unit and these hosts. Kara and Kim, thank you! We will be back. Also, don't overlook the freedom of scheduling. Some hosts restrict you to Saturday-to-Saturday rentals. We were able to do 8 nights and would do it again! Thanks Kara & Kim!

Perfect family (with children) property. 4 pools (two kiddo pools) right on the beach, great restaurant onsite, and the room was perfectly decorated and accommodating. Arcade game and board games with ample Comfy seating was very nice. We would go back with all the kids without hesitation (and we are picky when it comes to where we stay for what we pay). Loved staying at Bee and Joe’s place! Beautiful home with beautiful ocean views! Close and easy access to the beach. Convenient to go back and grab a snack or anything else when needed. Well stocked with supplies to get you started. They send timely messages with needed information for check in and check out, and are quick to respond when messaged. Perfect beach vacation! We just spent an unforgettable week at this beautiful oceanfront Airbnb in Topsail Beach, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. The view from the balcony was breathtaking….sunrises over the ocean, dolphins in the distance, and the sound of waves around the clock. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfy, and the layout was perfect for both quiet mornings and laughs at night. We swam, ate our weight in seafood, soaked up the sun, and felt completely at peace. This place gave us space to rest, reconnect, and make memories we’ll hold onto forever. Highly recommend to anyone needing a true reset. We’ll be back!

Celebrated my 1st Mother’s Day here. The home was cute & clean, perfect for a quick getaway. This was our 1st time visiting Topsail beach & we found that the tide gets pretty high around 4pm so we had to clear the beach early in the day. Highly recommend trying the crab legs at Madison’s, they were delicious! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Great place. Comfortable even with two large teens. Topsail is amazing, as always. Loved the view. Except for the nonfunctioning pull out bed (could not be slept on), everything else was amazing.
