Holiday rentals with a kayak in North Topsail Beach

Such a nice quiet little home. our dogs absolutely loved running around the backyard and the park down the street was a nice walk. Thankful we found such a comfortable close place when coming to. visit family!

Rob and Jenifer were very accommodating hosts. Their beautiful home was everything we needed during our stay.

This was a wonderful housing experience! The house was cozy and clean and had plenty of space for all the members of our family. It was in a fantastic location that was extremely convenient for us to get to stores and restaurants. Would 10/10 recommend. I would highly recommend booking this house! Chad was very responsive and open to any questions or concerns I had. He went out of his way to help us book his house and was very friendly. If you’re looking for a house with s great view I highly recommend this house as it overlooked the marsh with a beautiful sunset. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely visit again!!

The home was gorgeous! We felt at home as soon as we got there. My family spent so much time on the huge deck overlooking the canal. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was spotless! Location was perfect too. Quick walk to the beach and close to restaurants as well. We will visit again for sure.

Monica’s place was beautifully decorated with a fun music theme, spotless, and fully stocked with all the essentials which made our stay incredibly comfortable. She was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The location was perfect at just a 5-minute drive to downtown Wilmington and close to Wrightsville Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Joanne’s place was perfect for our family’s spring break. The waterway view was fantastic especially at sunset. The house was clean and well stocked. Cute beach decor and a closet full of games. Enjoyed having linens provided, even beach towels. All the appliances and washer and dryer seemed brand new. Stable internet connection so my husband and I could work when we needed to without interruption. Smart TVs had Roku and all the streaming apps. We walked to the beach easily. We really enjoyed the kayaks. We boated to Sears Landing for breakfast and Max’s pizza for dinner. Both were excellent. We fished off the dock but had no bites. Might be too cold in March for successful fishing. We did not have any trouble and had everything we needed and more. Thank you Joanne! We hope to rent again soon!

great spot, super convenient to everything but very peaceful neighborhood

Our stay was wonderful. Richard was very hospitable and communicated with us very well throughout our trip. Would definitely stay again! The house was beautiful and full of games, activities, and very private.

The house was just as described and in pristine condition. The location was in a quiet area with plenty of local attractions and great dining within a few short miles. Sharlene checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had all we needed. Small instruction notes throughout the house as well as the guest book made our stay a breeze!

We had a great week at the beach staying at Sue’s house! The house was the perfect size for our family of four. It was just a short walk to a public beach access. We also enjoyed kayaking in the creeks behind the house, watching the beautiful sunsets on the back deck, and grilling and eating in the awesome area under the house. Sue was very responsive whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great long weekend stay. The house exceeded our expectations, was spacious and the views were incredible. Only a half mile drive to the bridge leading to the surf city pier.

Beautiful, clean home and bug-free, which was really important to me in such a humid area. We enjoyed the views from the deck right outside our bedrooms and spent lots of time drinking cocktails in the big screened-in porch. We also loved the little bar area with ice machine. Only thing to keep in mind is if you bring a boat, you can’t tie it to their dock, and the boat ramp is small and not easy to get in and out of. Everything else was great. Frederick is an awesome host, always responsive and accommodating with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place for a summer getaway.

very nice get away from your everyday life, especially when visiting from the city. only about 15 minutes away from the beach. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Extremely beautiful and peaceful my family really enjoyed their visit.

At the end of a mile dirt road was a beautiful & welcoming home with a great view. The host are right beside you if you should need anything. Clean & beautiful home with ‘soft big beds’ (as my daughter would say) 😉 Emerald Isle is close by to visit during the day. We enjoyed the park, aquarium, shopping, & dining. Kitchen was also nicely stocked for some nice cooked meals there! Hope we can come back again!

This was our second time staying at this house. It’s very comfortable, beds have great mattresses, kitchen has everything you need. The walk to town is safe and easy. Savoir Latin restaurant is 5 minute walk, fabulous food. Highly recommend this location. Tucked away from traffic, driveway parking and relaxing front porch.
