Holiday rentals with a patio in North Topsail Beach

This was our 2nd year staying at one of Erica and Wayne’s listing. Fully stocked kitchen, ocean view from the balcony and the pool were all great! It was a great space for our group of 7.

We had a great stay at Zach’s condo. We had a relaxing week. We felt at home and were sad to go. Zach was an amazing host. He responds quickly. The sun shades were broken and he had a brand new one to us in a couple hours. He made our vacation very easy. The condo has everything you need from adults to kiddos. We will be back for sure!

Megan’s place was bright, spacious and posh. Everything was sparkling clean, newly upgraded and very well appointed. The king size memory foam mattress slept like a dream, and the apartment definitely feels like nice hotel suite. Best of all the breezes from the river off the balcony made hot and humid days so much more pleasant. I also really appreciated the fact the building has an elevator for bringing luggage up. Megan was a caring and attentive hostess. Highly recommend.

We were thrilled with our recent stay at Sarah Lynn’s! Everything was clean and as described! She was responsive to the few questions we had and had recommendations for just about everything we could want or need while we were there! With the beach being so close, and a beautiful drive to local ice cream, groceries, and souvenirs within just minutes, we could not have been happier! We hope to be back!

This was our second time staying at Steven's place. We love the location, which allows us to access historic downtown restaurants and concerts at Riverfront Park on foot and easily drive to beaches. And the apartment provides a comfortable and roomy space to rest and recover from all the fun!

We had such a wonderful time at Mary Margaret's place! Being steps from the beach was incredibly convenient, making it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. We also really appreciated having a cool bar with great drink specials and live music just around the corner. The apartment itself has such a lovely bohemian beach feel, it's really well designed and so comfortable. We're definitely hoping to come back soon!

5 star home! This was great for our entire family vacation. We had grandparents and newborns and every age in between. This house was beautiful, clean, and literally ON the beach. We’ve already made plans to come back. The hosts were incredibly responsive. They took care of ever need we had.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surf City! You truly can’t beat the location — just steps from the beach with direct access right off the back deck. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise was a highlight each morning. The house was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Plenty of space for the family, and easy access to town for restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent — responsive and helpful throughout.

The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning—truly the kind of view you could stare at for hours. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, sunset watching, and everything in between. Inside, the place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together to make us feel right at home. Emily was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and quick to address any issues that came up. She genuinely cared about our comfort and even went above and beyond to compensate us for a minor inconvenience, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape with top-notch hospitality!

We really enjoyed the property and would definitely consider staying again. Location was very convenient and the beach access with all of the beach necessities being provided made for an easy and relaxing vacation.

Our stay was amazing with the ocean at our front door. The neighborhood was quiet and the street had very little traffic. The Surf City Line restaurant was a quick 2 blocks away. We liked that we were not in a high visitors area. The house itself was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was very well maintained with high end appliances and was well supplied. It was a windy week, but our teenagers loved the waves. They also loved the Roku TVs. It was a fantastic stay for everyone and we are looking forward to our visit to this property again next year. Thank you to Lee for all your prompt communication throughout our booking process.

We really loved our stay! We had lots of kids ranging from 1 to 16 and everyone loved it. The location/proximity to the beach was awesome, having a pool was awesome. The host was super helpful and proactively let us know when the pool wasn’t going to be available for a part of our stay and kept us up to date the whole time regarding that inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this house! It’s a perfect location with the best oceanfront view! This home makes your vacation easy. Easy walk up to bring your personal item’s into the house. Super convenient in every way. Only a few steps to the beach or just sit on the deck and watch the sunrise. Hunter has thought of everything that you’ll need for your vacation too! Plenty of beach equipment like chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking at home. Hunter is a perfect host and communicator. He’s very responsive and is always available if you need a recommendation. Highly recommend!

There were tons of things for our kids to do on the property. They loved the pool restaurant, and the pirate bar/restaurant. We went to the park every night and enjoyed the ice cream shop on site. We loved everything about the condo and the amenities they provide.

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Morgan was responsive and proactive, as well!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

Corey and Hayden’s AirBnB was a perfect place to stay. It is super walkable to all that Wilmington has to offer. The place was clean and very easy to access. Both hosts are very responsive and kind! We would definitely stay here again.

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. It is just 1 block off the beach with shopping, bars and a grocery store just steps away. The bridge to go into Wilmington was very close and convenient. I was so impressed with everything that was stocked for us...extensive kitchen utensils, a full coffee/tea bar, paper towels, cooler, beach chairs/towels, a bag of ice, etc. We had everything we needed. The shower was wonderful. It was very clean, and communication was great. The outdoor deck was fantastic. We spent most of our time there. I highly recommend!
