Girum was very flexible and got me into the apartment last minute when another plan fell through. Everything was as described and he has family on-site who help with any issues immediately. Lovely people and great area!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

I loved staying at Monet&Cris's place. It was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. There was some very bad winter weather while I was there, and a pathway was always shoveled for me to get through the snow and ice (and ice melt was always laid down). The apartment was very well appointed and I had everything I needed.

This place is great and comes equipped with everything I needed for my stay and more! Plenty of kitchen appliances, toiletries, dimmable lighting, very comfy bed, a super clear guest manual with pictures. I also had plenty of space to work or just sit and relax. Additionally, it was very easy to find on-street parking. Matthew is a super friendly and proactive host. I highly recommend staying here!
