Holiday rentals with a patio in Northeim

The house is just awesome, very quiet location. As soon as we opened the entrance door, we were very enthusiastic, the entire furnishings and equipment are very well coordinated to all rooms and very classy. We lacked nothing. We have already booked a lot of holiday homes, but this has surpassed everything. Even when I had questions for Elke, I immediately noticed that she is very nice and friendly and also answered quickly or Elke also likes to call back. I also booked again right away. TOP TOP TOP

We were at Tim's for a birthday weekend. The accommodation was nice and large and the view was fantastic. Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful balcony because it rained permanently - but the electric fireplace created a cozy alternative here. The apartment was well equipped and everything important you need was available. However, the road to the accommodation was really very broken and full of potholes, so great caution is advised here. All in all, we can recommend the stay with a clear conscience!

The stay at Jessika's was great. The decor is very modern and equipped with everything you might need. In the kitchen, numerous spices, tea and coffee were available to us. For dog people, the ground-level apartment with terrace and garden is fantastic. Right outside the front door you can set off on numerous hikes. The fireplace and sauna are of course an absolute highlight on cold days. We had enough cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils available. By car you can also start numerous activities without having to travel long distances. A beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended for people who like tranquility and nature.

We had planned a short vacation in the Harz and felt very comfortable in Solveig and Andreas' accommodation. In the middle of the countryside, quiet and more than adequately equipped for a short stay. We were warmly welcomed and clearly instructed, otherwise the instructions in the kitchen help. Flyers for attractions and business tips are available in large quantities. All rooms were clean and very child-friendly, even with a playroom. If we come back to the Harz, this would be our first port of call again. Absolute recommendation!

nice apartment. there is everything you need. the beds are made and there are towels to borrow. there was nothing missing in the kitchen of utensils, however, we could have used a microwave. But that's a small detail. it was nice and clean everywhere. there is a lack of description and picture of the steep narrow staircase that leads up to the 2 single rooms. you have to be agile to get up and down 😅 all in all a fantastic place, which we would clearly recommend to everyone.

We were with some friends for a long weekend in Simone's apartment. Simone was super nice and approachable at all times. The apartment is spacious, the terrace with access to the garden is the highlight in summer. The location is very quiet and the beautiful Seeburg Lake is just a quarter of an hour's walk away. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation

First of all, the house is in a prime location. The old town of Goslar is entirely within walking distance and in 5 minutes you are on the market square, great! Also important: the house is very complete and comfortable. Everything seems to have been thought of in terms of facilities. We appreciated the toys, always nice not to have to bring them with us on a trip. The bed also feels luxurious and comfortable. Personally, we like a slightly more atmospheric interior, but that is different for everyone. The host is very friendly! The house is quietly situated on a courtyard, overlooking old roofs and half-timbered houses. If you want to stay in Goslar, we would absolutely recommend this house!

We were already guests at Tasja's last year and were happy to come back. This time the stay was even more pleasant - especially the significantly improved cleanliness surprised us positively. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Tasja is a friendly and helpful host who responds quickly to questions or requests. We had booked two nights as a family (4 people) and were very satisfied with the equipment and size of the apartment. The cleanliness of the premises is particularly noteworthy and bakery/ restaurants are within walking distance. In short, we had a very nice weekend and would book with Anita again at any time. We were there with our (small) children for a long weekend and it was great. We felt very comfortable and, above all, we very much appreciated the great, child-friendly amenities. This helped a lot for us parents to relax as well. We will be happy to come back.

The vacation home was extremely child-friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the vacation home!

The house is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a stay. We were three adults and two children (3 & 7). The house was more than sufficient in size. The large garden was also great for the children. We would stay again anytime.

The whirlpool was a particular highlight - in wonderful weather we could relax there and let our souls wander. Our host was incredibly attentive and warm. He took care of all our concerns and was always at our side with advice and action. We were particularly pleased with his great recommendations for eating out. The combination of a beautiful accommodation, great weather, lots of laughter with friends and a host who really puts their heart into it made our weekend unforgettable. We will definitely be happy to come back!

The apartment has a unique view of the hills and mountains directly behind the house, a perfect starting point for the first round around the village. EVERYTHING is tip-top clean, plus very cozy. We were two couples in the apartment, which was great in terms of space. Communication with the landlord is very friendly, reliable and accommodating. We felt very comfortable!

We stayed at this place for a weekend and were very satisfied. Sascha is a very kind host who values the satisfaction of his guests. The place was in a quiet area as described and you were right in a beautiful forest with great hiking opportunities. We were here with our dogs, for whom this environment was an absolute dream - of course for us. The apartment was lovingly prepared and clean, which is always very important to us. We definitely recommend this place for people who love nature and want a cute place to stay. We definitely want to come back! :)

The apartment is modern and well equipped and is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area. With three separate bedrooms, the apartment is very suitable for families or groups of friends. Check-in was uncomplicated thanks to good advance information. Tobias was very quick to respond to questions.

Dirk always responded quickly and was always there to help. The place is small but nice and we felt very comfortable:)
