The usual room features a comfortable bed designed for a relaxing and thoughtfully designed stay. It includes an open bathroom layout with a separate toilet and rainfall shower area for added convenience. The room offers wifi, air conditioning, LED TV, and a mini fridge. It provides a modern and comfortable space with signature beanbag seating for extra relaxation.

A comfortable double is perfect for sharing with your partner or someone special, offering a large inviting bed for a restful stay. Enjoy crisp sheets in a cozy atmosphere, making your experience delightful whether together or solo. Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 18.5 to 19.5 for adults, and EUR 9.25 to 9.75 for children.

It features a double bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom along with air conditioning, flat screen TV, wifi, coffee station, mini fridge and safe. The room offers a well balanced setup of comfort and convenience for a relaxed stay.

Economy double room

Economy double room is a simple, well-kept first-floor retreat furnished with natural fir wood furniture throughout. Our balcony overlooks the garden, and our bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and bidet. We also provide a flat-screen TV, telephone, desk, safety deposit box, free toiletries, heating, and wifi.

Smart studio

Smart Studio Friar House offers a compact, quirky city base with a fully fitted kitchenette, added conveniences, and thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoy kitchenette, refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, internet access, television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toiletries.

Single room

The single rooms at the Monterosa are ideal for short stays for solo travellers. They boast a single 90x200 bed, a bathroom with WC and shower. For your convenience, a minibar (non-alcoholic drinks), a courtesy tray and Wi-Fi access are available free of charge in your room.

XS room

This charming room features a cozy bed, shower, toilet, TV, and a safe, with a whimsical pillar adding character to the space. Perfect for budget-conscious travelers. Breakfast is available for 16 euros per person on arrival. Pets are welcome at a 20 euro fee per stay.

Small double room

This practical room features a window and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and complimentary toiletries. Amenities include free wifi, air conditioning, heating, and a flat screen TV. Kids are allowed upon request.
