Holiday rentals with a pool in Northridge, Los Angeles

My family enjoyed staying at Greg and Ast's place for 11 days. Very nice, clean and spacious. The house is very relaxing esp the pool. My children loves the pool and my doggies love playing at the big backyard. Location is very accessible and peaceful neighborhood. Ast is very nice and responsive. She always responds to my texts. I highly recommend this place and definitely will come back in the future.

This house was at a great location, very peaceful. It had parking which is amazing. The backyard is beautiful with grass and a swimming pool. A lot of food chains and supermarket were present at accessible distances. This made our stay very pleasant. Mordehay was very good at communicating the important details further enhancing our experience. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a getaway from the city and enjoy some peaceful time.

The landscaping was beautiful, and the home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing visit. What really made this stay special was the personal touch: the hosts went above and beyond by decorating for my nephew’s high school graduation, which meant so much to us. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. I will absolutely be staying here again!

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Great host, easy peasy check-in, very private which was great for our family with little kids. Off main road so not too loud compared to much of SF Valley. Pool and garage recreational items were great for our family. Loved the updated looking interior, comfortable beds, nice showers, great kitchen, comfortable living room. The back patio with fireplace was great for lounging with coffee in the morning and dinner at night. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — and the pool was a highlight of our trip. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely book again in the future. Armin was an exceptional host. He was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to help us when we had some trouble with the booking process. His quick communication made everything so much easier. We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Clean place to stay if you want to stay in DTLA Cute restaurant right below that has good brunch and lunch. Place is clean and bed was comfortable House is setup with a full kitchen, so you can cook your own meals if you prefer that. Pool + hot tub area was decent. I would not suggest this as a family friendly location if you’re traveling with kids or anyone just not used to LA and the type of people in this area.

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

We loved this space! It was a peaceful, private oasis in the location we wanted. The hosts were away for part of our stay but we felt right at home and knew they were available if we needed anything. It was wonderful to meet them when they returned, they were lovely and we look forward to returning to stay again!

Logan was such a great host. He was very warm and welcoming and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The backyard is even nicer in person and we enjoyed this spending time with family out there. Would definitely recommend you stay here next time you’re in the area.

This was by far the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. We stayed here vor 8 nights and it felt like a second home. Very clean, stylishly decorated and the garden is a dream. The pool is much bigger than it looks on the pictures. You could swim in it very well and for an extra charge you could have the pool heated. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean and everything is within walking distance. We will definitely come back the next time we are in LA. Thank you very much!

This was My 2nd Boat House stay and it was so good to go back. Lisa & Mark are wonderful hosts and the vibe is just so relaxing and restful… I will definitely be back!

What an incredible place and host. We absolutely loved our stay in David’s oasis in the Hollywood hills. It’s a fantastic spot for exploring north LA and it’s even walking distance to several breathtaking hikes, a really nice cafe and the Hollywood Bowl. The Beachwood Bungalow is very cosy and extremely well appointed. David has gone to every effort to ensure guests feel at home, we couldn’t think of anything that was missing. The outdoor space was our highlight, there is a perfect pool to cool off in and then everything transforms at night into a magical setting where you can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful garden lightning and atmosphere away from the bustle of Hollywood. Parking is really easy, we never struggled getting a spot on the street right outside. David is really one of the best hosts out there and he was very generous to allow us to stay a little longer because of a late flight out of LAX, we really appreciated this. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We love staying at Allison's house! it's fully appointed with everything you could need. it's artsy, lovely, and relaxing. I love her taste! Great kitchen, and wonderful outdoor setting. We love the pool!
