Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Norway

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

This home was beautiful, and has stunning views of the nearby fjord. We stayed one night and would have gladly spent several more. There is a hot tub, movie room, games, hair dryer, and multiple kitchen amenities. I was impressed by the number of spaces to relax and enjoy the views. I hope to be able to explore Strand more in the future.

we hebben villa tippetue vlot gevonden, heel mooi gelegen met zicht op het Sognefjord. we moesten inderdaad eerst door een stukje bos van ongeveer 70m. helaas niet veel geluk met het weer, we hebben elke dag wel een beetje zon gezien. het huisje heeft een heel mooi terras met zicht op het fjord en een gezellige woonkamer. er waren kaarten aanwezig voor wandelingen in de buurt , ook gedetailleerde geplastificeerde kaarten . helaas was het heel lokaal deel niet aanwezig, waarschijnlijk per ongeluk meegenomen door een vorige bezoeker. we hebben de noorse kaarten app gedownload Norgeskart. de wandeling stupet naveset tronvik - op de flank daar - is ook goed aangegeven . er is een laddertje en een gedeelte waar touwen de afdaling assisteren (onze hond kon vlot zijn eigen weg errond zoeken). de ondergrond was nog goed nat en soms glad (begin juni) in hoyanger ook mooi wandelen. naar flam is het een dikke 3h rijden. aan te raden!

Was für eine traumhafte Unterkunft! 💚 Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, strahlt sie eine unglaubliche Ruhe aus. Die Lage ist einfach einzigartig – ideal zum Abschalten und Genießen. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Sauna – besonders bei Mitternachtssonne ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! ☀️ Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Insgesamt eine außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft, perfekt zum Entspannen – absolut empfehlenswert!

The house is really a place to feel at home - even it is only for a few days. The pictures in AirBnB show nothing more than the real beauty of this place. Sometimes the view is even better than on the pics. ;) The farm with the sheep is perfect for kids and please ask Ingvild for Lego - the kids love the box full of fun, especially on rainy days. :) The house itself has everything you need to have a good time at Ingvild and Lasses place. I totally recommend to enjoy a few days on this beautiful, cozy and relaxing place in Sæbø. :)

Vi var en familie på 6 som leide dette stedet. Det første som slo oss var beliggenheten. Fantastisk beliggenhet og magisk utsikt. Vi nøt dette stedet til det fulle. Nå var vi også veldig heldig med været. Badet fra bryggen og nøt god mat og drikke til godt utpå kvelden. Vi kunne ikke fått en bedre opplevelse 😀 Selve huset var rent og pent med alle fasilitetene vi hadde behov for. Toppkarakter fra oss😀

Wow! What an amazing place! It is like staying at a friends home - super comfortable, homey, and relaxing. The "sun room" was enchanting and we sat there for fours enjoying the different moods of the fjord. The location was beyond anything I can describe - it was so quiet! Lindy was very responsive and quick. There was nothing that could not have asked for!

Such a dreamy and cozy house! The view from the house was stunning (including from the jacuzzi). Also super well equipped. Petter was a great host and provided some local tips. Thanks a lot for the stay! We will definitely recommend the place!

Flott opphold i huset. Værten var rask til å respondere da det var en feilmelding på bassenget og han kom raskt til stedet og fikset opp. deilig oppvarmet baseng. Stille og rolig området med kort avstand til sjøen.

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway

Am liebsten würden wir noch mehr als 5 Sterne geben! Wir waren schon das 2. Mal dort und es wird sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Das Haus, der Garten, die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach traumhaft! Es ist wirklich ein besonderer Ort :) Jan Åsmund und Ingvild sind außerdem ganz tolle Gastgeber, die immer freundlich und gut erreichbar sind. Es lohnt sich, das Boot ebenfalls zu mieten, da man damit gut den Fjord erkunden kann. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Stedet var helt perfekt, har kun positive ting å si. Skjermet fra byen, men allikevel veldig kort å kjøre til byen. Helt topp! Kamilla var veldig vennlig og hjelpsom på meldinger. 10/10.

Anbefales. Flott leilighet, ryddig og rent! God kommunikasjon med husverten. Har leiet hos Line tidligere ... alltid fornøyd. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake😊

Tremendous stay. Cabin is located in an extremely peaceful part of the forest, and the log cabin makes you feel right at home. Incredible opportunity to connect with nature, in a fabulous spot.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The private pool was a highlight — fully enclosed and perfect for relaxing with the family in complete privacy. The host was helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Schöner Aufenhalt. Genau das was wir gesucht hatten. Ein Schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften blick auf den Fjord und ruhiger Lage. Das Highlight war der Hottube. Nur zu empfehlen.

If I could sum up every part of the experience of this Airbnb into one word, it would be - LOVELY. What an amazing family on an incredible piece of land had since the 1600s, we had the best time, but be sure to book on either a Friday or Saturday so you can experience her bakery being open to the public!

Wat een geweldig huisje en een geweldige plek!! Het uitzicht is adembenemend en er zijn hele gave wandelroutes te lopen vanaf het huisje. De communicatie is zeer goed en het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en tijdens de hele vakantie is contact met de eigenaren zeer makkelijk. Wat hebben wij genoten van 5 dagen Noorwegen en we zullen de plek missen! Bedankt voor alle goede zorgen!

great cabin with a great view, lots of fish to catch and nature to explore

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Fjord und die Berge, was bei einem sonnigen Wetter traumhaft ist. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse bietet ebenfalls einen tollen Blick und man kann darin super entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt benötigt (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Airfryer sind vorhanden). Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir empfanden die Betten als sehr bequem und es gab. eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Kissen. Wir hatten aufgrund des Wetters leider keine Gelegenheit das vorhandene Boot zu nutzen. Egil ein sehr netter Gastgeber, war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Leider gab es in fussläufiger Umgebung kaum Möglichkeiten mit unserem Hund außer an der Straße spazieren zu gehen. Egil hat viele tolle Ausflüge empfohlen, wie z.B. mit der Fähre zum Geirangerfjord fahren oder auf die Insel Runde zum Vögel beobachten.

Hands down, one of the best places we stayed at. Would love to visit again.

Most amazing experience that will heal you in every way. Would travel around the world for one night there. Very clean, perfect in every way. Anything you need is there and more. Host is incredible, kind, informative, calm. The view is one of a kind, magical in every way. Bed is so comfortable, sheets are clean and softest I’ve felt. My favorite part is how Hege has kept the natural aspect of this adventure. The trip to Heim is outstanding and just the short walk to to igloo is out of a fairytale. Will come back anytime I can. This is my absolute favorite destination. I’ve had every possible weather during the one night I stayed. And it didn’t matter what weather I had one was unique and beautiful in its own way. I was warm, comfortable and felt safe. The alpackas was adorable and the little one was sassy, I loved that. There were also alpacka yarn available to buy which I of course purchased. Thank you kindly Hege. From the bottom of my heart. Not one negative thing I could find. /CK

Vi har haft et fantastisk ophold i denne hytte, som har en ganske unik beliggenhed. Bliver aldrig træt af den norske natur som på smukkeste vis, med panorama kig, bliver inviteret helt ind i stuen. Vi nød vandreture, roen og både sol og regn. Alt var rent og pænt ved ankomst til hytten. Tak for det hele❤️🇳🇴.

Hvor skal jeg begynne? Er du en interiør-freak som meg, kommer du sannsynligvis til å elske stedet. Legg til de fantastiske omgivelsene og en vertinne med blikk for detaljer og gjestfrihet, så er det full pott. Vi så en elg med en liten kalv på veg opp til hytta. Hunden og undertegnede falt ut av kanoen ved en anledning, men det var bare å anse som krydder i hverdagen. Vi tørket klær over den søte peisen i oppholdsrommet. Utsikten…. Naturskjønn utsikt på alle kanter!
