Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, equipped, you will not want for anything! Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi... Closed balcony, southwest Private parking space.

Locality "Les chataigniers" at No. 2

2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet, private shower room. Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!
