Our two-room apartment is in a very quiet location, in a detached house with separate access. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether it's the trade fair, city center, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you will reach your destination by bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, want to go for a walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.

In the middle of a historic farm complex surrounded by vegetable farmers and yet in the middle of the city triangle of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, you can experience the metropolitan region directly. Two bus stops and parking spaces are right outside the door. Numerous cycling and hiking trails open up the surroundings. The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Central, small basement apartment with separate entrance. 120 x 200 bed, suitable for one (1) person only. Self check-in via a lockbox (code on the day of arrival) Netflix and DAZN are available. The accommodation has a very weak internet connection, so it is not suitable for working from home. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen. In addition, the bathroom was recently renovated and has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bed linens, shower towel and hand towel are provided.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). Cozy apartment (1 room) on the upper floor of our annex for a break in the countryside. Very conveniently located. Nuremberg can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.
