This unique home has its very own style. The main house is the old Lyngfogde residence, the apartment is located in an adjacent building, with its own entrance and parking. The apartment has a fantastic view of fields and Horreby Lyng, which is a very unique area. There is rich wildlife on and around the property, with pheasants, hares, deer and lots of birds. Hesnæs beach is about 7 km away, and Corselitze estate and forest district, where there is the possibility of beautiful hikes, is about 5 km away.

Nyd lyden af naturen, når du bor i denne ældre med hyggelige båd. Der er ikke meget luksus men masser af charme i båden. Der er sovepladser (man medbringer selv lagen og sovepose) og lille sofagruppe, enkelt køkken med elkoger og minikøleskab. En lille radio og kulørte lamper. Ren hygge og autencitet. Mulighed for at benytte køkken og komfur samt bad/toilet i bådklubhuset. I klubhuset findes også internet. Obs. Der er ikke linned og håndklæder til rådighed.

There is a smaller kitchen with an electric cooker and a 1-burner mini stove. It is possible to set up a travel cot if there is 1 child traveling with you. We provide a travel cot, as well as duvets and pillows. If you're planning a trip, Nyk Falster and the Fuglesang Art Museum are located just 4 km (2.5 miles) away.

Lodged in the absolute centre of Nykøbing Falster you’ll have a feeling of living in a village two hundred years ago. The house is half-timbered and possibly built in 1777. There is 300 m to the major supermarkets and about 500 m to the waterfront of Guldborgsund. The house is located at the end of a very quiet small cobblestoned strait. You will have access to a small cosy (hyggelig) garden behind the house.
