We are centrally located to access Yosemite National Park through entrance. Bass lake is 10 min away from the home. They offer boat rentals and jet ski's for a day on the lake. There are two other homes on the 13 acres at the top of the property, but they are vacant and you have the property all to yourself! We do have wifi and the cell service is great.
