Berhard was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It felt like I was staying with a friend. The views of the sunset was absolutely magnificent. Very healing and quiet space!! I can’t wait to be back!

The walk up is significant but the room was good! It is separate and quiet. It was surprisingly cool for the hot days I was there. There was also heating actually for when the temperature dropped at night. The room was very clean and had amenities as described. It is an excellent option for a solo traveller. The neighborhood had very steep hills and I recommend driving up slowly bc theres really only room for one car to pass. Street parking was easy to find! I recommend this room!

I stayed here for about 6 weeks while working as a travel social worker, and I honestly would’ve extended my stay if the place hadn’t booked up so quickly—it’s a popular spot for good reason! The location is super convenient, especially being so close to BART, which made commuting a breeze. The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were friendly and respectful. The host mentions potential noise, but during my time there, it was surprisingly peaceful. Honestly, the birds in the morning were louder than anything else (and even they had a nice rhythm to them). Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone needing a home base in the area!
