Excellent communication and stay. The pool is not so deep, but if you bring children it is ideal. The rooms are very spacious and everything is super clean, great detail to leave towels for the pool and for the shower. I would highly recommend it.

The house is just like in the photos, it's very spacious, very beautiful, it has everything to have a great time, the pool is spacious, the garden is perfect and the rooms are comfortable, it's an incredible option to rent

Highly recommended, it has many utensils in the kitchen as well as entertainment. We stayed in June, a season when there are many flies, so we recommend that future tenants bring insecticides or some other remedy to avoid having a bad time

The house is spacious, super comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy to the fullest: clean spaces, very comfortable beds, a delicious pool and ideal corners to relax or live with family. But what really made our stay special was the attention of Eduardo, the host. He is super attentive, kind and always available to help us with anything. It made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We recommend this house with our eyes closed! We left happy and eager to return very soon. Thank you Eduardo for everything! 🌟

Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a base of them), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

This home gave us some of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations we've had. The area is perfect. Hosts are warm and empathetic. The house is beautiful, high ceilings, cool. The beautiful green areas, full of trees, with a cool and huge pool, almost for us alone. We will always be back. Thank you!

We had an excellent long weekend in Tepoztlán. Raul gave us excellent recommendations, and Alfredo kept in touch with us to make sure everything was going well. The place is perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the rooftop was amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. a comfortable place to stay, clean, tidy at a convenient price only that there are not many things nearby especially if you go without a car. fight a little with the hot water but my mistake since I had a solution and don't ask, the bad thing is that there is no cellular signal but you do not get incommunicado by the internet that there is although in a few moments it is disconnected. The host is very attentive, on the slope and gives you clear instructions to get to and enter the apartment. Thank you very much x everything Jorge.

The apartment is incredible, the subdivision has everything to have a good time, Diego is super attentive as always. We love it because you really feel at home. Diego has all the details so that you don't miss anything, inflatable balls, water guns, games, beds, everything super organized, cared for and clean. We have already returned and will undoubtedly continue to do so.
