Bei schönem Wetter könnt ihr draußen auf der Terrasse entspannen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres bewohnten Einfamilienhauses. Wir leben hier als Familie mit Kindern. In nur 5 Minuten seid ihr in der Natur – perfekt für Spaziergänge, auch mit Hund. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

Fully equipped 2 room studio in quiet, natural location 12 min from Darmstadt. The newly created studio is part of a 1-family house with separate entrance, kitchen and complete bathroom. One parking space available. Major supermarkets, Post O, pharmacy and restaurants in walking distance. Bus lines NE, N and O 6 min walking distance, as is train station with direct connection to FRA and DA north station near Merck. Highways A5/A67 are 5.5 km and FRA Int Airport a 30 minute drive away.

Nice friendly appartment in Ober Ramstadt

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. There is a public outdoor swimming pool 300 meters from the apartment. The apartment (high ground floor) has a living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony and parking space. There is a washing machine in the basement. Laundry can be dried on lines.

Our two-story 60-square-meter oasis with a sunny west roof terrace welcomes you. It is centrally located to the A5, Frankfurt (airport), Darmstadt or Heidelberg. You will also find many cycling and hiking routes right outside the front door. The large fully equipped living-dining kitchen invites you to a cozy get-together. The sofa bed offers another retreat. 
Upstairs is the bright living bedroom with roof terrace, desk and double bed.

The spacious apartment is located at the edge of the Odenwald, at the outskirts with views over the fields. 70-80 square meters are divided into living-dining kitchen, daylight bathroom, spacious living room and adjoining bedroom with box spring double bed. There is also a sun-drenched conservatory. It has seating in every area and beautiful views of nature everywhere. The highlight in the warmer seasons is the 30pm terrace.

The 35 m² are newly renovated and divided into a bedroom (bed with 1.60 m width), living-dining area with kitchen and a bathroom. With a view towards Odenwald and a bright, friendly ambience, this place also invites you to stay longer. The garden offers a seating area.
