Durch die tolle Lage sind die typischen Ziele - Altstadt/Zentrum, Sightseeing, Bahnhof - sehr gut erreichbar.

Wenn Sie schnell in der Innenstadt oder beim Messezentrum sein wollen, dann sind Sie hier richtig. Mitten im schönen Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn Haltestelle fußläufig, dann in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt) befindet sich die Einliegerwohnung. Wenn Sie mit dem PKW anreisen, steht Ihnen ein eigener XXL-Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im gleichen Haus und stellt ihre inserierte Wohnung sehr gern zur Verfügung. Diese ist modern eingerichtet und bieten einen hohen Wohnkomfort.

Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

The quiet, bright 3-room apartment (75qm), newly renovated in 2019, with fully equipped kitchen-living room, bathroom and separate toilet is located in the idyllic village of Loch. Nearby, there are leisure activities such as the "Playmobil Fun Park" 4 km away and the leisure pool "Kristall Palm Beach" 3 km away. There is also an S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg about 2 km away. By car, you can reach downtown Nuremberg or Nuremberg Messe in about 30 minutes.

My Apartment is perfect for Oktoberfest-lovers (10 min walk). But you are also very central if you just want to enjoy the city! In 3 min you find yourself in the shopping streets ;) The flat is on the ground floor. The subway (U1, U2, U3 and U6) and bus station Sendlinger Tor is around the corner. There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.

The apartment is located in the attic, is 55 square meters and has its own entrance through the staircase, you DO NOT have to go through our private rooms. Good connection to the city by bus, subway and S-Bahn it takes about 18 minutes. Next to the front door is a key safe, so you can check in independently from 3 pm. I don't live in the house anymore so it's very important to read all the info before you come. I am always available by phone.

There are cats in the rest of the apartment. The room is in an apartment that the hostess lives in and has a separate entrance.
