Great accommodation. Top location. We can only recommend it.

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We were at Josef and Christine's for an extended weekend and would have liked to stay longer. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and has very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we had no time to enjoy the beautiful garden around the house. Christine and Josef are great hosts and can be reached at any time if you have any questions. We can recommend the accommodation and would book again at any time.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Nicole and Ali welcomed us very kindly and familiarized us with the accommodation. There is a really nice garden with an enchanted-looking pond. Some of the goldfish have an extraordinary pattern. From the house you can immediately go on a hike, it does not require a longer journey. Even with the one rainy day at the end, we had a very nice time with Nicole, Ali and Cookie.

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Really a great and beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. In the morning, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the mountains and the valley. Quiet and relaxing. Christiane was super nice, helpful and you immediately felt in good hands. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and beautifully furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The area is quiet, and there is plenty to see. Highly recommend:)

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Johann and Regina were also very friendly. Our two boys had a cute children's room "their cave" :-) Everything was clean and practical set up. On the balcony you have a great view! Thank you, we would like to come back.

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located directly at the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to the city center. If you come by public transport, we recommend the W bus line, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

We enjoyed our 3 days in this beautiful attic apartment! The apartment is very easy to reach, but still quiet and close to nature. It is large and bright, modern and functional and sparkling clean!
