The apartment is furnished with love and offers you the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you still need fast internet, it is available to you free of charge. The cozy double bed has a seat height of a pleasant 55cm. The mattresses have a width and length of 100x200 each. Two different mattress hardness levels give you the choice of how you want to sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare yourself for relaxing days. Even on vacation you can cook, bake or grill something wonderful on the Weber Plancha. Eggs from our own chickens are available to you every day. Upon request and if there is free space, booking massages and cranio-sacral treatments is possible for stays of at least 3 nights and weekend visits. If you are interested, please inquire separately - the costs of this treatment must be paid separately! They are NOT integrated into the overnight stay!

On a quiet hill on the outskirts overlooking the wild romantic mountain landscapes and the Inn Valley in the idyllic health resort of Oberaudorf directly on the Hocheck ski and hiking region. Sudelfeld, Austria/Tyrol with Kufstein and the Kaiserreich (Wilder Kaiser, Zahmer Kaiser) in the immediate vicinity. Modern living-dining room with open kitchen, bedroom, hallway and bathroom. The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!

This modern, four-room apartment, approximately 130 m², is situated in a completely quiet location. Light-filled, bright rooms with large windows impress with their high-quality furnishings. A total of three bedrooms, each with a double bed, meet the highest standards of comfortable living. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. A special feature is the sunny southeast-facing terrace with mountain views. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.

Take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Use the time for yourself and your family to make your vacation the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We don't have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

In just a few minutes by car you can reach numerous excursion destinations. Whether hiking, mountain biking, skiing or simply enjoying the peace and the fantastic view. Our cabin offers you a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a wood stove and a beautiful view of the Alps. The accommodation offered is on the ground floor of the building.

Apartment "Heuberg" in the Inn Valley

1-room apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. It is great for active vacationers. Hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. An outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and toboggan areas can be reached within about 20-40 minutes. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour.

The Open Garden Mountain Lodge is a personal project of the heart. Everything is deliberately kept simple and good for children. No TV, but games and a great garden. As a base camp for skiing, snowshoeing, sledding and excursions. Just relax with the whole family and enjoy the wide view over the large meadow, the setting sun, the mountains and vastness... All shops, restaurants, ski lift with toboggan run, the fitness and yoga studio are within walking distance.
