The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Gutshof Doberschau - Granary

The granary is located in the attic of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. Furthermore, wood and very good insulation contribute to a pleasant living environment all year round.

Come on deck—we'll set sail for you for an unforgettable night under the orchard sky. On our alpaca farm, a retired dinghy cruiser has run aground and offers space in two berths below deck to sail off to the land of dreams. Above deck, there is plenty of space to enjoy the balmy evenings with a good book or to share a few more sailor's tales. Kitchen, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available on our yard in the common area.

Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
