Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für Gäste ausgerichtet, die sich ein paar Tage/Wochen in den Bergen nach Luxus, Aktivität und Erholung sehnen.

Unobstructed view in 3 directions of the beautiful mountains. Free parking is included. The large property is completely fenced. The large seating area with fire bowl for grilling may be used by arrangement (parties by arrangement / rent both apartments). The apartment is very centrally located, ideal for many activities in winter and summer.

The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).
