Located in a quiet residential area, right on the Rothaarsteig, you can start hiking and biking trips directly. The apartment has one bedroom, guest rooms for 2 additional guests, a large bathroom with tub, guest toilet with shower, a living/dining room (with wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can grill and enjoy the sun on the large southeast-facing terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

Bei längerem Aufenthalt (ab 28 Tagen) ist eine Zwischenreinigung erforderlich, die Gebühr wird Vorort erhoben.

A fire pit with firewood, a swivel grill and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

Das Haus verfügt über ein offenes Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über die Felder und dem Baybachtal. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine offene Küche mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensillien. Das Highlight: Genieße den Sonnenaufgang mit einer Tasse Kaffe direkt vom Bett aus.

The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. A place to relax and enjoy.

Schönes Bauernhaus in ruhiger Dorflage. Das rund 300 Jahre alte Haus befindet sich seit 50 Jahren in unserem Familienbesitz und wurde für die Vermietung als Ferienhaus teilrenoviert. Geeignet für 2 - 8 Personen, z.B. zwei befreundete Familien. Die Zimmer haben Sicht auf den großen Blumengarten. Gäste können den Garten und die Terrasse benutzen. Ein Naturschutzgebiet und mehrere Wanderwege sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2 km Entfernung.

More precisely in Burbach-Holzhausen. I am about 80 m² and have a large living/sleeping room, a modern kitchen, a spacious shower room and a large balcony. Numerous excursion destinations in the area complete a perfect stay in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany.

For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.
