The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

The 50 sqm apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen-living room, a small shower room and a room with a desk (this room is not to be heated, the kitchen only very minimal). The double bed has a size of 1.40 x 2 m, so is for two people something narrow. You can use your own, somewhat protected terrace from view.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Nicole was an amazing host! We absolutely loved the home and hospitality. It was decorated beautifully with so much attention to detail. Anything we needed she was quick to respond. Her garden is so calming and peaceful it is definitely a must see. The shower was like a spa and very relaxing after a long day of traveling. We had such an incredible time in Munich and will definitely be back. Although with this high level of luxury it will probably be hard to book. We were beyond impressed with everything. Thank you Nicole for making our vacation spectacular!
