Also the Nymphbenruger Schlosspark is very close, a wonderful place for a pleasant walk.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
