To the train station in about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes to the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes to Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.

It has one big bedroom, shower and tub bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV reading area, desk, dining area, extra sofa bed and large balcony terrace. 100 meters to the lake, peace for the soul. My house is located in a nature reserve in the middle of the forest. Here everything is far away and there are animals (mosquito, wasp, fox, etc.) It's nature, so there are leaves and pollen. Rest, relaxation and nature. Our apartment is located in the idyllic Dahme-Seen area in a quiet, natural location between forest and water. Many excursions are within easy reach. (Forest hikes, natural swimming beaches, boat & fishing tours, trips to the Spreewald, Tropical Island and the city of Berlin) Shopping, bakery, restaurants, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, are within walking distance. The highway connection (A10 / A 12) is about 10 minutes away.

Das romantische Ferienhaus Nixe ist der ideale Urlaubsort für Naturliebhaber, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre suchen. Der maritime 4-Sterne-Bungalow befindet sich nur 7m vom See entfernt und verfügt über eine eigene Liegewiese. Den Wintergarten kann man im Sommer als Terrasse nutzen und im Winter beheizen. Der Blick auf das nahe Wasser wirkt entspannend und lässt zugleich den Alltag vergessen.

My place is close to the Blaues Wunder, right on the Elbe beach and Elbe bike path. You'll love my place because of the total peace and the direct view of the Elbe with its own gravel beach in front and its own forest behind. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), cyclists and people with dogs.
