Beautifully located holiday cottage, with rustic simple equipment. You are away from the hustle and bustle, but still quickly in the village to get fresh bread, etc. Great starting point for smaller hikes and about 5 minutes from the Alpsee. In winter when there is snow, you can't drive all the way to the hut. Then you have to walk about 10 minutes. Luggage transportation is possible in consultation. You have to heat with wood, in the bathroom there is a small electric heater fan.

We rent the Himmeleck apartment directly on the cycle path between Immenstadt and Oberstaufen near the large Alpsee. The vacation home is located on a small farm with horses, donkeys and other small animals. Your little nest for 2 people is natural, simple and yet equipped with everything it takes to feel at home: natural wood, bathroom with underfloor heating & bathtub, dishwasher, coffee maker, ... What we and our guests particularly appreciate is the direct access to nature. Just start walking and enjoy :)

Double barrel "Traudi" Oberstaufen

The residential units are located on our terraced nature campsite. So we have all the facilities that will allow you to have a comfortable stay. We are only 7 km from Oberstaufen, in a quiet location and yet central to numerous excursion destinations in Allgäu and Vorarlberg. Numerous hiking opportunities and ski resorts are within 20 minutes drive. Cycle trails, hiking trails and a cross-country trail also lead directly from our square.

This apartment was newly renovated and fully furnished in 2025. You can expect a fully equipped apartment with balcony and can accommodate max. 3 guests (box spring bed and sofa bed in one room). The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the nature of Allgäu with all its facets. You park directly in front of the entrance and get to Staufen time on the ground floor.
