The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Die Allgäuer Hochalpen, Rad- und Wanderwege, Skilift, Rodelbahn, Badeseen u.v.m. sind schnell erreicht. Zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten befinden sich fußläufig um die Wohnung. Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle und Fahrradverleih in direkter Nachbarschaft sowie der Tiefgaragenstellplatz (nur kleine Autos, s. 'Zugang für Gäste') vereinfachen den Aufenthalt.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The two bedrooms and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a balcony with a beautiful view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2 km to the town center) with a stream right outside the door! From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and fiber optic internet invite you to relax or work in the apartment. Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view over Oberstdorf to Kleinwalsertal. Right in the middle of it all on walking distance In the house there is a swimming pool, table tennis and fitness for free use. Sauna and wellness area as well as washing machines for a fee. A garage is also available, here are the dimensions! Length 5.20m, width 1.90m, height is important, not higher than 1.60 m Free parking is very close by in the side streets very close by.

You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!
