This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. MIELE apparatuur, SAECO espressomachine, QUOOKER, EV-laadstation (11kW) en veel (gratis) extra's! Gebouwd in 2022 en voorzien van alle moderne gemakken en mooie materialen. De gezellige en warme uitstraling, houten deuren met een hoogte van 220cm en subtiele accenten in het interieur, maken van dit chalet een Top-Chalet!

The beautifully located chalet with stunning views of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski resort at an altitude of about 900 m. The chalet is very cozy and modernly furnished with top amenities. Particularly noteworthy are 4 en-suite bedrooms, i.e. with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our highlight – heated outdoor swim spa with counter-current system. This opens and closes comfortably via an automatic electronic motor control.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
