The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

A spa area that invites you to sauna and relax. Surrounded by mountains in a quiet location right by the Grosseck ski resort, as well as directly by Obertauern, Katschberg, Fanningberg. There are meadows and mountains at the house and the historic center of Mauterndorf is just around the corner.

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Approx. 60sqm apartment for 2-5 people. 2 bedrooms each with a box spring bed. A sofa bed is in one of the rooms. The balcony is accessible from every room.
