Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Welcome to our stylishly renovated house in a quiet district of Koblenz. Neuendorf was long an independent place where fishermen and rafters lived. You will feel comfortable in the apartment because everything is available and geared towards a pleasant stay. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

Since 2024, you can feel completely comfortable in Urbar near Oberwesel in our apartment with a large bathroom as well as a cozy living room and 2 bedrooms. On the spacious balcony, you can enjoy the sun with a unique view of open fields and meadows. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a parking space right outside the door. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.
