Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

The Turquoise house has two floors. Below it has a bedroom with double bed and full bathroom and another with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with crockery, oven and fridge, table with benches and living room with ocean views. In the garden surrounded by trees is the barbecue. The water is from the well, the electric light and the jug gas. It can be accessed by car as it is on the last road tradable by spa vehicle. Then walking about 200 meters along the dunes you reach the sea.

It is located in an ideal spot for rest and close to amenities. It is located in front of the La Viuda beach descent and 3 blocks from downtown. Apartment accommodates up to 2 people and has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed overlooking the ocean.

My place is at the beach. You’ll love my place because of the views, its location, and outdoor space. Good for couples and solo adventurers or couples with a child (no toddlers since there is a staircase and a deck without railings). Enjoy it all year round as it has hot/cold AC. Extra pet fee. You get to the door by car BY A SPECIFIC AND UNIQUE ROAD. Private parking right by the cabin; you get to the front door. We will give you the directions previously. :)
