This house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Gabe was responsive and very friendly. check in was easy. The beds were so comfy, and everything was pristine. thank you again for hosting my family of 9 plus doggies! we will Def be returning soon! p.s. The pool heating was so worth it!

Our host John provides a beautifully decorated home in a quiet, central neighborhood. The setup is exceptional, with both a heated pool and hot tub, and the experience felt like staying in a boutique hotel. He thoughtfully includes amenities like toothbrushes, makeup remover wipes, cotton pads, and more — the attention to detail really impressed us. We absolutely loved our time in La Jolla, and John’s local tips were spot-on. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend booking with him.

Our stay here was incredible!! Craig and Julie were wonderful hosts, very thoughtful and had great communication before and during our trip. The view was absolutely breathtaking! We felt right at home and hope to make it back here someday!

We had such an amazing time. So many activities to do at Kathleen’s. Our kids love the pond, swimming pool, fishing, pickleball, and appreciate all the outdoors amenities. Definitely a gem to visit for families. The home is a little dated. But all the outdoor activities make up for it.

Wonderful host any questions we had she responded quickly and very helpful. The place was amazing plenty of room for the whole family. Comfortable beds and amazing kitchen well stocked and equipped with all the essentials to make meals. The pool/ hot tube was perfect and the game room was a huge hit with the kiddos and adults. we enjoyed the gas fireplace outside as well as the grill. Totally recommend, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Honestly this home was absolutely breathtaking. Definitely worth staying there a million times. Beautiful backyard and interior. Would 100% recommend. Host was very kind and helpful. Drakes place is AMAZING! It was a home away from home. We had 3 toddlers (1, 2, 4) with us, they played in the backyard and it was completely safe for them. All of our needs were met down to an extra crib. He is super laid back and very accommodating, I noticed this from our first interaction. I encourage you to BOOK RIGHT NOW, you will be pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My family loved it and we would definitely book here again.

I recently stayed at this beach house, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the stunning ocean views. The house itself was immaculate, nicely decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. I especially loved the deck where my family and I enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The bedrooms were also cozy and comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like coffee, snacks, and beach towels provided for our use. Casago management is also very responsive!

We had a fantastic stay—we enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful home. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor area was wonderful. Patrick and Sara were great hosts. We would love to come back to stay when we visit the area!

The most beautiful Airbnb! The location was amazing, it was very secluded. The hosts make you feel right at home.

House is perfect for small family or group of people. Perfect distance to walk to village with little kids. Street and area are quiet. Only issue, which is not something the host can control but more for awareness of guests is the neighboring backyard by the master bath has patio lights on all night which come thru bathroom stain-glass windows and make the room bright during nighttime, which is unfortunate. Bring a sleep mask! House has everything you need away from home! We would definitely love to stay again!!

My wife and I had a very relaxing time at this luxurious and breathtaking location. It was a beautiful home with a magnificent birds eye view of the enitre valley. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and helpful with any questions. All in all, a memorable experience the we joke about because it must have been some kind of dream. Would love to come back, if available. Thank you for hosting us!

I can not reccomend thee Humming Bird Hide awaay enough. Close to the beach and Lego Land not far from all the San Diego parks (Sea World, Zoo, Safari Park, Balboa Park). Lots of great restaurants nearby. The view of the mountain side homes was peaceful. Lots of places to relax around the pool and AWAY from the pool. Pool Table Work Out Room and more. Downstairs master suite (the other one there are two) was peaceful and allowed for early to bed (us) late to bed (adult kids). Had my family who live in OC and LA over twice enjoy the place. Lastly and not least was our host Travis. Great communcatotr and wen out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable and had what we needed. Great place to vacation and relax, and while the pictures and price look too good to be true, the rality is even better.

The pictures don’t do it justice!! We were amazed when we walked in and reluctant to leave. Bethany’s place is a little slice of paradise! The pool and backyard are huge, much bigger than we expected, and the inside is eclectic, warm and welcoming (not to mention pristinely clean and stocked with supplies and amenities). While we encountered an issue with the hot tub during our stay, Bethany was more than proactive, communicative and helpful and arranged for it to be fixed before we left, on top of giving us a partial refund for the trouble. Thank you for being such a gracious and accommodating host. We were thrilled to stay here and will definitely be back! :)

Already planning a second trip back to The Hideaway! I am a sucker for luxury Airbnb’s and this home was not only luxurious, but family friendly too. My young kids had a blast in the game room and outside, and the property felt super safe. No detail was overlooked when it came to the design, decor, and amenities… this property has it all. Honestly though? Even if the home wasn’t perfect (which isn’t the case), the views make the stay 100000% worth it. Incredible!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be going back in a few months. The house was perfect for the adults and the children to have fun and relax all while feeling at home.
