Waterfront holiday rentals in Oceanside

Beautiful location and luxurious accommodations. Plenty of space for families traveling together. Lots of storage. The view is unreal, and the proximity to the water is perfect. The noise from the Strand can be loud at times but the doors do a good job of blocking the sound. We enjoyed the fire pit that runs on propane at night to make s’mores. We had a beautiful multi generational girls trip. Can’t wait to go back.

Even better than it was in past visits! Property Mgr is available directly for any issues and very proactive. Great location within steps of so much in town, yet off the path to prevent noise or crowd pollution. Privacy gates to separate you from other units. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset from the patio. I go here to retreat from the world for a moment and it never disappoints. Kitchen has the needed essentials and the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash was appreciated. This visit the TV next door could be heard at night, but that's not been the experience before so might have just been the renters. Thankfully they turned it off by 9-10 though. 100% will be back to this property.

Jasmines place is a gem! In a very peaceful area, beautiful view to walk out to every morning. The outside deck was a huge plus, very cozy. She not only gave us good food recommendations but was very flexible with our check out time. Would recommend to anyone!

Plenty of space in this little apartment, and you can’t beat the location—Mission Beach is literally just a few feet from the front door. Big thanks to Daniel, who responded quickly when I had trouble with the lock (turned out to be user error on my part!). The apartment was clean, well-kept, and looked just like the photos. The location is a perfect 10/10. We really appreciated the extra touches—beach chairs and boogie boards were available for us to use, which we loved. There's also a hose on the side of the property, so rinsing off after the beach was super easy—we didn’t even need to walk down to the public showers by Belmont Park like we usually do. Overall, a great stay!

This is my second time staying at this location, it’s absolutely my favorite! Right across from Pacific Beach and in walking distance from lots of great restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a beachfront experience. The area feels safe and clean, you can see San Diego City takes care of this beach daily. As for the Air BnB itself: very clean, bathroom is spotless & kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils. It had everything we needed! Can’t wait to stay again sometime!

The location of this place is fantastic. You can see Mission Bay from the front door, and then the bay and the beach are just a hundred yards away across a grassy park. Having a dedicated parking spot right by the front door was super convenient, and necessary in that area. The apartment itself is well equipped. It had everything I needed for my week-long stay.

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

We spent 4 nights and felt at home from the moment we walked in. The condo is clean, nicely furnished with a really comfortable bed. The neighborhood is very well located within a mile walk to the pier. You can hear the waves crashing with the windows open but if you prefer quiet the windows block out any sounds from outside. Having a garage for parking was a nice bonus. Our host was very kind to let us check in a little early. Don't hesitate to book this condo.

I chose this location as a personal retreat where I could relax and work without distraction, and it didn't disappoint! The cabin is comfortable and the property is just gorgeous. I very much enjoyed sitting by the creek and reading, and working at the picnic table surrounded by trees and birds. There is also a very friendly cat who visited me while I worked. Cory is a friendly, helpful host, and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time. I would gladly stay here again.

This is a cute place in the area that has amazing restaurant- Starlite. It’s close to the freeway so commute is not hard. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Overall fantastic stay! House owner lives on property but the house is secluded just for house guest use. An incident happened where my daughter had an accident during nap time and Kathleen responded quickly and helped us with the change of bedding.

Such a beautiful home. Everything was just as described on the listing. Plenty of space for our group of 7 adults and a baby. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit area each night. Host was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this kid-friendly Airbnb! The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a smooth and fun trip with little ones — beach toys, a stroller, and even outdoor mini golf! It made our park visits and beach days so much easier and more enjoyable. The home itself was beautifully decorated and perfectly matched our taste — we honestly joked that we wished we could live there! Every detail added to the comfort and charm of our stay. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating of our needs, and the location was ideal — close to all the San Diego attractions we had planned to visit. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend for families visiting San Diego.

Anthony was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. He accommodated our specific needs and was helpful with last minute inquiries. Perfect location with spacious, but welcoming environment. Home was stocked with all basic needs so you didn’t immediately need to run out to buy necessities. We also appreciated the art work and decor that isn’t normally in a rental. Loved the fireplace, fire pit, and outdoor entertainment garage. I enjoyed the rooftop desk the most, while the family spread out to the other areas. Wonderful family home with all sad to leave.

Home was spacious and comfortable, just as described. Plenty of clean linens, dishware, beach toys and a secure yard, made for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend this modern, comfortable home walking distance to the beach.

We loved how close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, and coffee shops. We also enjoyed bringing our dog who loved the outdoor patio we would definitely stay again. Cute place and very clean.

This place was the perfect getaway right on the beach with ocean views! Home was clean & as described. Kelley was a wonderful host who was very accommodating & responsive when our plans unexpectedly changed. She was quick to help us out & made sure we were able to enjoy the trip we had been planning & looking forward to. We would definitely stay here again!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hildy's condo in Oceanside. It was exactly as described, very very clean, and it had everything we needed, especially for the beach. We especially appreciated how many toys and boogie boards there were to bring to the beach for our family of four. Although we didn't need to contact Hildy, it was clear that she was available if we needed help with anything. Thank you Hildy!

Really lovely place, beautifully decorated, well thought out and well stocked, would definitely stay here again. Super comfortable, clean, and just as nice as in pix. Love staying at this resort every time, quick easy walk to the harbor village as well as nice walk in beach to downtown shops and restaurants and coffee shops in Oceanside.

This place was absolutely amazing. Every detail and decoration was perfect, the views were surreal, located ideally in the middle of pacific beach. Able to walk to coffee every morning and enjoy ocean views from the comfort the living room. Host was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from an AirBnB!

Great location on Mission Beach. Emmy's book of local suggestions was great for finding good food in the area. Centrally located to all different San Diego attractions which was great. Loved the beach being right outside the door as well as the ability to walk all around Mission Beach. My family and I even walked to Pacific beach. Emmy was wonderful with checking in on my family. I would definitely recommend.
