It is in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by the Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Two e-bikes can be rented by our guests for day or multi-day tours. Contactless check-in and check-out via the key box is possible.

To downtown you have a 5 minute walk with numerous pubs and shopping. In only 10 minutes distance a large supermarket and in 15 minutes cozy walk the train station. Free public parking in front of the house (if available). From Sinzig you can reach nearby, the German Corner in Koblenz, the Geysir in Andernach, the bridge of Remagen, the historic old town of Linz, the Beethoven House in Bonn or the Cologne Cathedral.

Dear guests, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We have extensively renovated it over the past year. We have renewed the entire bathroom ceramic and refurbished the other rooms except for the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults. 2 can also sleep on the sofa bed

It is less than 100 m to the picturesque banks of the Rhine Unkel and at the same time captivates with breathtaking views of the vineyards.
