Proximity to Vallda Sandö Nature Reserve and Lerkil's badvik and port where there is any possibility to buy freshly cooked crayfish directly from the boat. Vallda Sandö Nature Reserve also offers a lovely nature and swimming. Also close to golf, fishing, hiking, bike trails, pizza and grocery store. The yard have horses, dogs, cats.

Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life on the balcony. In the house there is a nice cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses.
