It has room for everyone whether you want to leave a puzzle or read, play, or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located on their own distribution hall with sliding doors to the sun farm.

The house is located in a hilly glacial landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun goes down in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Small cottage with EV charger - No toilet

You can sleep next to your electrical car and get it charged with 22 kw. You charge with the Monta APP. The cottage is VERY small only 5 square meters. It has got WIFI, power, heat, 2 beds, light - NO TOILET or NO SHOWER but fresh water 10 meters from the cottage. You have to bring your own bedding sheets (Bed linned or sleeping bags) there are pillows and duvets. The area is very quiet and fantastic 10 minutes from the beach. Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

Her er skønne vandreture, udfordrende cykelterræn og 15 min til stranden. Vores hus er moderne og fuldt opvarmet med gulvvarme og varmt brugsvand. Der er loft til kip og flot lysindfald i den åbne planløsning med en dobbeltseng i hvert plan og badeværelse i stueplanet. På gården driver vi røgeri og gårdbutik i weekenden.
